Drinks are never consistent. They always taste watered down or they lack the flavoring. I’ve asked for oat milk on multiple occasions and they add regular milk even though they charge me for the oat milk almost every time.

Had a great experience at Dunkin’ during our recent visit! The facility was extremely clean, and the bathrooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. The drinks were absolutely delicious, as always. Definitely a well-run location that we’ll be visiting again!
Parking: Parking is on site, tons of parking spots available in the parking lot outside of Dunkin.
I have been going to this location for almost a year almost on a daily basis. The reason for that was that I found I drink I enjoyed. & for a long time I enjoyed my drinks but the last 2 months I have not been enjoying my drinks. They are not made properly anymore. Sometimes I don't even get what I ordered. Drinks just seem rushed. I keep going back hoping I'll get a descent drink but I will now be taking a break from this location.

I used to absolutely love this location. The staff are very friendly and kind, but the past few times my order has not tasted good. My last order was so disgusting I gagged audibly. Staff may need more training on making the drinks, that or my sense of taste has gone off on its own. I still really appreciate how kind the staff typically is. I know if I’d remember to try my drink before driving off they’d fix my order for me, but I unfortunately I tend to be a delayed drinker when I get my coffee. By that point it’s become my issue, but doesn’t excuse the repeated mess ups.I also would like to point out that I use mobile ordering and they almost always hand me just my drink and stand there waiting and I have to remind them of any other items on my order. I always have a great experience at the smoky hill location, so I’ll just start going there.

Bad experience, the boy who gave me the coffee seemed like he didn't feel like working and when he gave me the coffee he hadn't covered it well so when I grabbed the coffee it spilled a little on my hand and burned me.

I've stopped going to this location because every time I've been my coffee cup has been filled 2/3 of the way and it's always barely warm. Also, almost every time I've been they've got at least one thing wrong with the order.
