Order was incorrect and one item looked like food scraps were placed into a container, thrown around the floor and handed to me. Awful. Attempted to do online chat and 'contact us' and system was set up to fail, so everyone gets to see the poor quality of their food and attempts to ignore abhorrent issues.

Dunkin Dunatsits been favorite place for me since been a kid love donats are the best here always took cold drinks from here always look up the screem before making detition for what i want to eat today its not working and looks is been like this for a while but looks they don’t care about custumers service as they been having screens off asking me on a rude way for payment when never Katy and Mariza needs to learn more about how to treat custumer’s at this type of location

I placed a mobile order. I got 2 large drinks but they were completely out of both medium and large cups. They are always out of something every single time I order. They also didn’t stir our drinks whatsoever.

I've been getting the Black Pepper Bacon sandwich once a week as a special treat on the way to work. The combo of white cheddar, bacon, and egg is great. For some reason, today it was made with some trashy yellow American cheese, completely destroying the sandwich. Is this the new recipe? Might as well be McDonald's...

In all my years of having Dunkin, this was arguably the worst experience I have ever had. I placed a mobile order about twenty minutes before arriving to the store. When we arrived to pick up the order, every aspect of it was wrong. I ordered two sesame seed bagels and they gave us everything bagels. The bagels were drenched with butter as it was dripping through the bag. I ordered 2 donuts and received 1. I ordered a latte with an extra shot bringing it to a total of 3 shots and it tasted like I was drinking vanilla flavored milk. Overall, this experience was just disappointing and not reflective of quality service.

So I ordered Dunkin Donuts and asked for two different donuts and instead of them asking if I wanted something differently because they maybe put of it they just gave me whatever. Then my drinks I asked for liquid cane sugar they gave regular sugar. I also ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was NOT sourdough bread.

I used to frequent this Dunkin because it’s close to home. However they’re overall just terrible. They didn't put the cream in my coffee as I requested. Then, I ordered a bagel, and it was packed with so much butter that it was almost inedible. To top it off, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's clear that customer service isn't a priority here. Definitely won't be coming back.

I work next door and that is the ONLY reason I even come here. Sometimes u need food or coffee during your 10 hour shift and have to settle for what’s available. EVERY time I come here, there is a really rude kid working drive through. Different kids. All rude. I place mobile orders 10 min ahead only to get there each time and have to wait an additional 10-15 min. AND THEN, to get still frozen food given to me! Ha! How hard is your job?? I’m so beyond shocked that this Dunkin is even open. I can’t imagine what the inside looks like, let alone food safety practices… I will tell everyone I know and meet to NOT come here. I wasted 800 points on you guys today only to be told they don’t have it and can’t do anything about it in return. You guys SUCK
