I honestly don’t understand what all these people say about the teenage staff, if anything that’s probably the best part of the store. These kids are so respectful and are there just to work, they know how to treat people and how to provide well customer service. It doesn’t matter when I come whether it’s later in the day or early morning these kids are super respectful. They get orders RIGHT, they make food & drinks greatly and everything is made perfectly. Show these kids more respect and don’t forget their managers who lead the way and teach them what’s right.

This dunkin used to be great and I even gave them 4 stars at one point but now they only hire extremely rude teenagers who can't make drinks, my coffee is always sour an the milk ratio is always off, and when I point it out the girls are always so rude to me, this never happens when they mess up my order at dutch bros.

I’ve had my share fair of terrible service from this location (incorrect drinks, staff refusing to honor discounts, etc.) but it’s gotten out of hand. I ordered 10 donut holes that typically come in a box and I was handed a BAG of loose donut holes with my receipt and napkin thrown on top of them. Frankly I’m pretty over the terrible service given by children who don’t care about their jobs. Please hire adults. Or at least people who give a damn.

This specific Dunkin has consistently been the worst. Hashbrowns are my favorite from them and they’re always soggy. Their coffees are never the same. Sometimes watered down and maybe 1/10 times they’re perfect. I keep giving them a chance cuz I love Dunkin but their staff needs better training. They need quality control.
Terrible drive thru! Avoid at all costs if you have a larger vehicle. I just barely made it through all of the posts. Asked for a variety of a dozen and was given multiples of the same. Disappointing, will not be returning.

this place is nice, i come pretty often. But i kinda wished that they would finish processing the order before making it. I literally made them make 5 drinks to only get 1. I felt super bad, so they should make the drinks after the people pay to avoid this 😭😭
