this place is nice, i come pretty often. But i kinda wished that they would finish processing the order before making it. I literally made them make 5 drinks to only get 1. I felt super bad, so they should make the drinks after the people pay to avoid this šš

I visited Dunkinā Donuts around 6:45 AM and purchased a dozen donuts. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality. The donuts were cold and didnāt taste fresh, which was surprising since it was so early in the morning. I expected fresh, warm donuts at that time of day but didnāt get the quality I was hoping for.
I hope Dunkinā Donuts can ensure their morning offerings are freshly made and meet the standard customers expect, especially during early hours when freshness is key.

On this particular visit, The drive thru service was good, although staff needs more training on how to process gift cards. When I got home, I was disappointed because my food order was wrong. I wanted a croissant sandwich breakfast, and I got a bagel instead, which was very hard, and my iced coffee was not made correctly. I ended up throwing it out. I will visit again as other times that I have visited this location, they always get it right.
Found a human finger nail in our donut at this location, contacted them about it and they seem to not really care besides give a basic corporate answer by K Redman at this franchise. I wouldnāt trust this location ever again.
