This specific Dunkin has consistently been the worst. Hashbrowns are my favorite from them and they’re always soggy. Their coffees are never the same. Sometimes watered down and maybe 1/10 times they’re perfect. I keep giving them a chance cuz I love Dunkin but their staff needs better training. They need quality control.

Terrible drive thru! Avoid at all costs if you have a larger vehicle. I just barely made it through all of the posts. Asked for a variety of a dozen and was given multiples of the same. Disappointing, will not be returning.

this place is nice, i come pretty often. But i kinda wished that they would finish processing the order before making it. I literally made them make 5 drinks to only get 1. I felt super bad, so they should make the drinks after the people pay to avoid this 😭😭

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts around 6:45 AM and purchased a dozen donuts. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality. The donuts were cold and didn’t taste fresh, which was surprising since it was so early in the morning. I expected fresh, warm donuts at that time of day but didn’t get the quality I was hoping for.
I hope Dunkin’ Donuts can ensure their morning offerings are freshly made and meet the standard customers expect, especially during early hours when freshness is key.

On this particular visit, The drive thru service was good, although staff needs more training on how to process gift cards. When I got home, I was disappointed because my food order was wrong. I wanted a croissant sandwich breakfast, and I got a bagel instead, which was very hard, and my iced coffee was not made correctly. I ended up throwing it out. I will visit again as other times that I have visited this location, they always get it right.
