No greeting Or acknowledgment when walking in or waiting to order. Didn't realize you have to use the self-ordering. I'm surprised there was not a tip button for them doing nothing but getting the donuts when it prints out. Just saying. Hi, how are you? What can I get you? Your total is this much? Swipe here thanks. Would have been out 30 seconds.

I only got a dozen. I haven't been to a dunkin donuts in many years. In my disappointment, I remember why. The place was clean and appeared well cared for, however the donuts are sub-par for 7am

Staff failed to engage with us as we waited to order. Ordering kiosk was not working. Finally, one slightly older staff member came over and was very helpful. I had the feeling that the student staff were not there to work.

was having a bad experience at the drive thru getting the wrong order until a young man with glasses found it and made it right by throwing 2 extra donuts in my order for me and my son. Will be coming back!!

This place should be called the house of mush. Hash browns - mush. Wrap - mush. And cold. English muffin - zero toast on it. No napkins to boot. Pathetic experience. Truly pathetic. One star review after one star review. Management obviously doesnt look or care. The manager of this place should be canned on the spot.

Food is not put together correctly before being put in bag. Wraps not closed and sandwiches pieces barely put together. Avacdo toast burnt beyond being edible. Definitely has gone down hill over the past few months. Won't be wasting money at this location any more.

I'm not sure what the change has been in the past few months but management needs to be there on Sunday mornings.1. At 10AM, they are out of any type of glazed donuts and donut holes???2. Every time I have ordered donuts in the past, the order has been incorrect, and they workers don't seem to care. I am only asking for 6 donuts and it hasn't been correct in the past month.3. The crew seems less than thrilled to be there and certainly not customer service oriented.I think management needs to take note...
