Incredibly nice woman running the store! It was busy since it was rush hour but she pumped out my order almost instantly!

I want to thank the 2 kind women working this morning. I was struggling with a variety of things, including my son nearly dumping a dozen donuts on the floor. They really helped me out, and it reset my day. Thank you both!

Placed a mobile order yesterday and when I got to the restaurant it was closed. Called the customer service line and was told someone from this store would call me back to give me a refund. No one has called me. They essentially stole my money. Terrible, would give 0 stars if I could.
My cold coffee had no flavor, I know it took a long time to give me the entire order.

I had the best experience I have ever had with Dunkin! Selene, is the best. She went above and beyond on service and my drinks were made amazing. I will be returning, for someone that has worked as a barista for years I could say we would love to have her on our team. She made my experience unforgettable. This is now going to be where I go every single morning. Thank you Selene, thanks for all the kindness as well. You are amazing!

The girl that usually works the drive thru with the gauged ears, deserves a raise. She is always so sweet and has excellent customer service skills. She makes the place worth visiting and her sparkling personality makes my day. Gives it more of a personal/small town vibe.
Coffee and food has always been on point at this location.

Was disappointed in the whole situation. Store smelled like dirty mop water. Employees had no clue how to use or accept the dunkin app. Training is clearly not available here. I believe the manager was incredibly rude never said hello to me and made the employee feel incredibly useless. You should not be a manager or find a job that you can at least fake a smile.

The girl working tonight had horrible customer service. I told her my drinks three times via the speaker and she still didn’t know the drinks had to tell her two more times at the window. My coffee was cold and my Latte was watery

What happened the place smells like dirty cheese. The girl that was working. Made five drinks and made them all wrong. When she finally gave me my coffee it was cold. There was no chai My chai just milk. She got my order wrong multiple times and it was horrible customer service. I threw the drink out on the property as soon as I tasted it.

My experience at 4820 Hampton Ave. very confusing. Three days ago I paid $6.50 for a small coffee and a doughnut yesterday I paid $7.25 for the same order and today I paid $7.95, they got my order wrong and then the man handed me a bag of bacon confused on the price changes whole lot confused about the corporate number not answering even more confused that the phone number for this business goes directly to voicemail. Yes, Dunkin’ Donuts lost another customer.

I don't know how the main manager its still there, she treats the employees like trash, insulting and screaming at them, I don't know how this is legal, ill be reporting this to corporations.

Service was excellent, the location is a bit difficult to navigate.
Guy at register was nice. Whoever is making the food should be re-trained. Bacon was cold. Everything bagel with CC had strawberry CC? Gave the guy a cash tip as well.... The second bagel came out right, but again the effort was a bit apparent. Drinks were made correct. Check closed at 9:15am. #1780
