I was excited to try the new cookie butter cloud latte drink at Dunkin’ but honestly — it didn’t live up to the hype. The taste was bland, and for the price I expected something special. If you’re just curious, fine — but don’t count on that “viral” magic to save it.

They are not the best Dunkin’ Donuts around. My order usually gets messed up and is usually less than company standards.

The employees at the Havana location are almost always annoyed, rude, and don’t make the effort to make orders as they should be made for paying customers.

That's was a waste of time, and digestive system. Got the 6 dollar combo. Iced coffee, bacon egg and cheese bagel, and hash browns. Sad part is they gave me three greasy and cold hash brown rounds. I had to search for for my bacon. The coffee was horrible as all the sugar was sitting at the bottom of my coffee. I came here cuz I am broke, and needed to eat something. Lord knows, that was the wrong poor man's meal. Or my stomach is too bougie. Never EVER again. That's all.

I ordered sandwich with no bacon and they added bacon .I noticed it when I started eating.I threw up over 10 min.when I told them ,they said sorry but didn't take any action.

Drive-through employee morning of 8/31/25 did not give my debit card back. I went back for my card and nowhere to be “found” so I guess they just gave my debit card to another customer 🤦🏽♀️

Wow, we typically deal with the orders being wrong here,because the staff is usually pretty nice; but not today apparently.
Starting at the drive thru, you could hear the annoyance in her voice from having to do her job. If donuts were not your dream job, you should have made better life choices, sweetheart.
They forgot my avocado toast, which was fine. They didn't give a receipt, so they were going to just charge me. I asked for a receipt because I didn’t want to be charged twice. Common sense. So the woman throws her tone around and acted like I just asked her to audit my taxes. The sweet kid hands me the toast, I say “Thank You” to which the woman yells, “Are you going to pay for that.?!?!?”
Turns out she was so busy hating her job, she didn't add my toast. So I paid and she gave me a free donut ( defeats your whole “Aren't you going to pay for that!?!?!” cry, doesn't it?)
When I get home it was just avacado on raw bread. 👏👏👏👏👏 I’d call the manager, but it's probably her.

Dang, you all need to throw away the entire crew today. My donuts were the wrong ones I wanted and I think my drink was made wrong too (wanted oak milk and I think I have regular milk; lactose intolerant). I'll know later on if I'm going to have a bad day. I guess this is what I get for cheating on Starbucks!
