This place is terrible, honestly. The person in the drive thru was very quiet and seemed to not care or want to be there at all. Ordered the sweet pepper bacon sandwich and asked for extra bacon, when I got it, it literally had one piece of bacon on it. Why am I paying for extra bacon when I’m not even getting the regular amount of bacon? Also got a cold brew with sweet cream and caramel sauce. Paid extra for the caramel sauce that I didn’t even get. They then slammed the window closed and refused to answer me when I tried to tell them the food was wrong. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Went here around 345pm today and ordered a dozen donuts. The dozen was $24 and they were all dry when we got home. The service was ok, but couldn't believe they would sell us old donuts. Try before you buy.

I ordered donuts and a ice coffee from Dunkin through grub hub. One of the donuts were missing, not sure if the Grubhub driver stole one or DD forgot to add another donut. Anyways the donuts were dry as heck. I feel like I wasted money on donuts that weren’t even worth it. Dry dry dry!

I visited this place for coffee. They charged me extra compare to other franchises when I said you charged me extra he was so rude and said I’m the owner of this store and I make the prices.

Tried to order the butter pecan cooler, they said they didn't have that. So maybe it was limited time offer. Then tried to order the dragon fruit refresher and they couldn't make that either. What's up with the supplies at this location?! They are always either ran out or low staffed. Then when they do have the drinks they don't taste good. I used to be able to get a decent drink here but as of the last 3 -4 months it's been past poor.

This location gives me a headache. I always order the same thing every day depending on who is ringing you up the price is always different anywhere from $4.50 - almost $9. One day I just had had it and tried to explain to the girl she is ringing it up wrong and she continued to just say over and over “what do you want me to do about it” over and over… Are you planning on using the drive through? Plan on waiting 15 minutes. Idk why I continue to go to this location…One time they gave me the wrong drink I went inside and asked them to fix it after huffing and puffing that they didn’t mess it up and it was my fault they ended up giving me a cup of thick milk no coffee and a drizzle of Carmel. Anytime I go to this location it’s a gamble of the price to be paid the service and quality of drink.
