This location has not been busy enough for the use of the cones they use to block off being able to drive through the back of the parking lot since they opened, yet they still think its necessary to inconvenience everyone by continuing to put them out. STOP BLOCKING THE PARKING LOT!

I came a little late at night, and I typically go to the one off Iliff. I asked for a pumpkin Carmel brûlée and mentioned last time I got it that it wasn’t very pumpkin tasting. The girl who helped me was SO FREAKING NICE!! And made the most AMAZING drink!! She was so absolutely sweet!! I didn’t get her name. 😭

What takes so long to make a drink? At most coffee shops, I could get through a drive thru line this size two or three times before making it through Dutch Bros. The pace is painfully slow, and it’s enough to keep me from visiting regularly. Unfortunately, the slowness seems to be a consistent experience with most locations I have been. I enjoy the iced Rebel Aftershock, but honestly, I need it just to recover from the time wasted in the drive-thru. Isn’t the point of a drive-thru supposed to be quick service?

We don’t have Dutch Bros in Minnesota, so this visit was a first on Thanksgiving day & it was a wonderful experience! The employees were so nice, conversational and worked efficiently. Peppermint hot chocolate was delicious. Highly recommended this location!
