I love coming here! The golden eagle with oatmilk is absolutely delicious! I will say, the drive thru is usually a long line, so I went inside. They were fairly nice and fast. The gentleman in front of me ordered and then they walked away from the window. I typically like an acknowledgment that they will be with me in a moment. They also didn't ask if I had the Dutch Bros app for points, and I unfortunately forgot so I did not get credit for that purchase...

We come here pretty often and I absolutely love Dutch bros. However this time the person in front of us is who I would assume a previous employee because a lot of the staff seemed to know them. That being said they got their drink 3 cars before the window then got to the window and sat for over 5 minutes chitchatting while we were stuck in the line waiting for our drinks and the ability to leave and get on with our day. I understand seeing a friend or old co worker but at that point they should've asked them to park and go inside to have a conversation instead of holding up the entire line for well over five minutes. As much as I love Dutch Bros I'm not sure we will come to this location as much because of being shown that clearly other paying customers don't matter as much as the ones who know the staff.
