Drinks are we always inconsistent at this branch, they’re always short staff, their walk up window is out of service (which makes online order wait times way too long)… I could get passed all of that if the drinks were just consistent. Cannot justify all the inconveniences with inconsistent drinks.

Unfortunately i usually don't do this. But i figure since this has seem to be a consistent thing for this location for about a month now, here it is. Im sure im not the only customer but the consistent lack of laziness of times is a little ridiculous. I have a few drinks that i have been ordering exactly the same in different locations for a while now. Seems that this location just can't get them right. Today as I have in the past order a Double Blended Orange Creamsicle with Sprinkling Soda & Vanilla Soft Top. As we pull up to the window the very sweet birista hands me this drink that looks like a coconut slurpee from 7-Eleven. I asked her what that was?. Thinking it was another costumers order. Nope she repeated my order. I said it does not look like what I always order. Then 2 girls making drinks said yes that the drink you ordered. I proceeded to describe what it should look like. one girl with a very rude attitude come up to the window and said the orange flavor color was what the corporate sent them this week. And assured that it was the same flavor of drink. So I took a drink of it and it was a awful taste. So they tried to attempt to make another after I said it was incorrect and again it was disgusting. The two girls making drinks just rolling eyes. Very unprofessional and this location really needs to re-train on how to make drinks correctly and consistently it should not be a guessing game for expensive drinks and long wait times. I mean you have 20 minutes before i get to the window. Unfortunately for customer service training can't be taught.

Just skip this Dutch bros any other location is WAY better. The drinks are never consistent. I order mine extra sweet extra shot and it still taste like milk and no flavor.

Orders are always correct and staff is cheerful. Yesterday I asked them to make something special for an employee's 1 year anniversary and they knocked it out of the park, above and beyond. Thank you guys so much!

The service is always friendly at dutch Bros, and this location is no exception! Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious drinks! Many more sugar free flavors so it helps us diabetics have choices not just vanilla! You can even do the flavored sodas sugar free. Its fun to play with flavors!
