Ground beef and egg seasoned with canola oil, onion, tomato, jalapeno, salt, black pepper. Served with toasted bread and potato.
8. Ful Medames Breakfast
Cooked fava beans with olive oil, onion, chopped parsley, cumin, tomato, salt and paper.
9. Dullet
Carefully cleaned and minced lamb trip, liver, and kidney mixed with lean red meat, diced onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper herbal butter, cardamon and mitmita. Can be ordered raw, medium or well done.
10. Quanta Firfir
Dried beef cooked with tomatoes, onion, canola oil, simmered with berbere red pepper sauce, fresh minced garlic, red onion, herbal butter (clarified) pepper, and jalapeno.

Begue kikil. Pieces of lamb with bones stewed in mild green pepper and turmeric sauce seasoned with onion, garlic, herbs and spices served with injera and salad on the side.

Cubed tender lamb pieces lightly sautéed with onion, jalapeno, yellow and red bell pepper, garlic, and berebere sauce served with injera.

Quanta firfir (as in 10) With boiled egg and a portion of kitfo.

Powdered and spiced chickpeas simmered in a rich homemade onion and tomato bullion seasoned with pinch of garlic and pieces of dried beef.

I have tried multiple Ethiopian restaurants in the Denver/Aurora area and Eatopia is the best by far! The shiro and vegetable platter is amazing and beef sambusa was delicious and hot!

Informal setting, plenty of seating, very tasty veg combination platter. I typically include non-veg options, but stuck with the combo for a lighter dinner. I expected rather bland options. I was mistaken! Each was so flavorful!

These people have great food, and they are very friendly as well!!
I love Ethiopian vegetarian dishes and this one was every bit as good as any of the others I have ever had if not better
