Einstein Bros. Bagels

The Einstein bagel locations near me are getting worse not better. First I work in a tip based industry and it seems odd to say the least to be asking for tips at the drive through of a fast food/casual dinning restaurant. Second the last time I drove through was my last time. The food and service have both been on the decline recently my last order was for avacado toast there was so little avacado on it that it would have tasted like a dry bagel except there was barely enough moisture from the micron thick avacado spread to cause the over the top ammount of everything but the bagle seasoning to stick to said bagle and make the whole taste experience terrible . Maybe if there had been more avocado the amount of everything but the bagel seasoning would have been mellowed out but 🤷.

I haven’t been a real frequent customer, but I have done some delivery gig work picked up from here, and I’m always impressed by the staff being so warm and welcoming.

The lady who I believe is either the manager or the owner Is a reflection of how an establishment should be run to make everyone feel included.

My personal favorite stop for breakfast! When I walk in, it smells so good, and it's always super clean. Every time I walk in, I see somebody cleaning something, all the employees are very friendly, and helpful with menu questions, and I can tell the employees look up to the manager Sommer, every time I stop in they all work together like a well oiled machine! I envy the work environment, and highly recommend you stop in and try the food!

It's always ready quickly and made fresh!

If you order two egg whites and make it thin, the bottom will be soggy. Make different life choices.

Went there for breakfast and lunch about 1030 am. Breakfast was old and not made fresh. The lunch was a cold sandwich like you would get out of the refrigerated section of 7 eleven.

We ordered ahead to the wrong location and the GM, Sommer, helped us with a smile! Immaculate service and great food!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had make a mistake on my end ordering and general manager, Sommer, didn’t even blink an eye and solved my issue with amazing service! Great bagels too!!

Unbelievably slow drive through. If you want to spend half a morning in a drive through this is your place. Twice as much $$ as Mc D, 10x the wait.
