Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered the Santa Fe breakfast sandwich with 2 egg whites. The sandwich had absolutely no egg! Also, it did not taste very good. I’m not happy and dont want to come back here, ever.

This bagel shop is a gem, and we highly recommend it. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff is friendly. It's a place that makes you feel like you're part of a family, and we'll be back time and time again!

Absolutely love this location. Recently relocated to Aurora and found this gem. Will never go back to store bought bagels or paneras. I’ve yet to have anything that doesn’t taste amazing

Sommer, AJ and the whole team are friendly, warm and welcoming. They have quite the group of regulars who make a point to interact with each other. We drive past another Einstein to come to this store because of the staff. They also accommodate our weird order because of dietary restrictions without laughing ;).

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. I would put negative stars if I could. Sat 30 min in the drive thru. 4 cars left. It was an online order that I prepaid and I was blocked in or I would have been out of there. Then my order was wrong.

The last 2 times I’ve been here, I’ve had a gentleman named AJ taking my order, and his customer service is amazing! He’s so nice and has made my experience here amazing. Get this man a raise asap he deserves it!!

Slowest drive thru experience in the world. Ended up 30 min late for my meeting by being stuck in this DT, with no way out and awful service. Fire this manager please.

It’s my second time here and I just would love to say this is such a good location, great team , great service , fast too ! I hope those ladies get paid good because they’re just amazing ! No fountain drinks, no plain bagels - and a waste of 10 minutes in the drive through. And then they gave me an expired coupon for a free bagel - which they probably won’t have in stock if I returned.

This is the third negative experience we’ve had here, will not be returning

The manager, Summer, is an absolute gem! I am a regular customer, and she has gone far above and beyond to provide some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long, long time. I cannot give her enough praise!
The bagels can be really good, but the bakers seem to struggle a bit with consistency, however the current baker is much better than the last; and if Summer bakes, they are PERFECT.
Even though there is a location closer to me, I drive an extra 10 minutes each way to go to this location bc of the amazing customer service.

Took 11 min for a single toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Then it came out not toasted and I had to send it back. Then it came out and was just warmed - not really toasted (maybe turn down the speed of the toaster conveyor). Also super smoky/smelly in here. I’m guessing I’m going to smell of the place when I leave. Then gave me a coupon that expires in 8 days.
