Einstein Bros. Bagels

I just wanted to share my experience this location is mostly busy people working there always change but recently the team there is not friendly and the lady getting my order was rude and she placed a wrong order for me insisting that I mentioned the wrong items she added to my order she also did not want to give me the bagel I wanted saying that she had a few for the whole day ! Then she said ok I will give you what you wanted the weirdest thing I have ever seen then I ended up getting 11 bagels for a dozen not 13 or even 12 I wish they get more friendly people in this location

I arrived to pick up a large to-go order I had placed the morning before, only to find it was nowhere to be found. I had no email confirmation, though my card had been charged. The manager, Summer, quickly called around to all the stores to see if my order had ended up somewhere else. When we couldn’t locate it, she took matters into her own hands, whipping up 12 allnighter sandwiches and a canteen of coffee—all in under 15 minutes. Her professionalism and quick action turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an incredible experience! Thanks Summer!

Bagles are great, but most of their bagels are considered "premium" and they charge .80 cents more each. They say in pricing, small extra charge for premium. Since, almost ALL OF THEM ARE PREMIUM, buying thE half dozen raises their listed price by ALMOST $5.00!! Buying by the half and whole dozen is NOT a discounted price. I'll find another bagel place, with more reasonable pricing. FyI, THEY CLOSE AT 2. SMH

Food was great and they have a great rewards program. But they may need to consider hiring more workers because service was way to slow both times I came in here. The service itself was good tho !

Just moved to the area and started visiting. Now I come back nearly every weekend. The vibes are chill, bagels always killer, and the manager Summer is the most competent and professional and kind person I've met at a food shop in awhile. The rest of the staff are also very good!

Google states that the drive-thru closes at 3pm. They were already closed at 2:17pm. They put a sign on the drive-thru window, but not on the speakerbox where people can actually see it right away.

This place is first class and the staff is phenomenal. You might have to wait a few minutes for your beagles, but the atmosphere is lively and they work fast. They make you feel welcomed and also that they appreciate your business.

GFantastic service, incredibly quick and welcoming! The cashier lady, in particular, was delightfully assisting the customers with a cheerful attitude and a massive smile. It truly brightened my day!

Fast and friendly.

No good simple order and they fup! My order. ordered plain bagel cream cheese for my daughter. I get like jalapeno cheddar bagel whit nothing. Next time I will wait in till I check my order.

SLOW drive thru 3 cars in line took 30 mins to get out of it.
They don't have fountain coke.
Menu shows small OJ they don't have small

This place does not operate their normal business hours, they close early whenever they want...I came today an hour before they are suppose to close and the doors were locked...terrible service...
