Doors and website state that they open at 5:30. I showed up at 5:40 and both doors were locked. I called to see if anyone would answer because I see two people are working. They answer says yes we open at 5:30. I shouldn't have had to do that. I finally get in and order and they don't have any bagels ready, they are still in the oven and I have to wait another 12 minutes. I think I'm going to stop coming to this location because the last time I was here it took me a long time to get my order and the time before that they messed up my order. I got all the way to work with it to realize that they gave me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered and I had to come back up here for them to fix it. I'm just annoyed at this point and it's not worth my time to come back up here.

The bagels here are so good!! They’ve got the perfect texture and are nice and fluffy on the inside and taste delicious. The store is really clean as well, and the service is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your order!

If you order online be sure to check all bags to ensure you received the correct items. Apparently a wheat bagel is the same as a sesame bagel. And don't even try calling, no one will ever answer or will just hang up on you.
Over months to a year now and 2 managers and the store still can't open on time and by the time it does open nothings ready other than the bagels cause the manager is just getting there while the store should've been open for over 5+ minutes. No sandwiches, no coffee, just bagels and cream cheese. Change your hours if you can't even bother to show up on time, im done with the stores in this district. Corporate obviously just doesn't care anymore, the employees are usually great but this place has clearly been lacking good management
