Friday was the second time this location hasn’t has an order ready at the promised time. I ordered 4 dozen bagels at 6 am to be ready at 7:30. They were not ready at 7:45. If you cannot accommodate scheduled orders, please turn off on line ordering. Additionally, I was charged for milk I didn’t receive.

The chorizo bagel sandwich is delicious. Staff is very chill and nice. I have not ate inside so I cannot speak about the interior. I recommend for a quick order and pickup or even to order inside.

Older Lady with short red hair lacks customer service skills and manners. I purchased coffee and half and half was empty so I walked the carafe to the counter. This seemed to annoy. Maybe she shouldn’t work with people.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese for delivery. Usually I never have a problem here but this is just gross. The eggs are literally molded. It's a sign they precook their eggs before serving and somehow I got served a bad one. The green discoloration is in the egg. Don't tell me it's the natural color.

We came in to get bagels and parked in the front. Due to the snow we couldn’t really tell if it was parking or not considering we’ve never been to this location before. Two workers came out very unprofessional and were shaking their heads at us and proceeded to tell us “ this isn’t a parking spot” in a very rude tone. Before I could even get a word out to let them know we were sorry and didn’t know, the guy kept repeating himself. He had long black hair and had glasses on. We were uncomfortable and didn’t go in after that in counter.
Einstein is the best bagels in Colorado. They definitely beat my favorite muffin. Their service is very bad. But Einstein bagels service is the best their cheese bagels are very good. And the green chile bagels. The chedder jalapeño bagels are okay. But still very good. Would recommend

They need to decide which register they're going to use, let people know, so that they're not standing at one register and then some random person behind the counter comes and tells the five people standing there that they're ringing up people at the other register, meanwhile, three people have come in since you've been standing there and now all of those people are ahead of you when you were there first... It seems like there are plenty of people making food, drinks, sandwiches and one person maybe two after there's a huge line ringing people up and they're also going and cutting your bagels and getting your food, touching things with the very hands that are not gloved on the register... the system is annoying and very disorganized! The last two times I have gone in here it has taken me approximately 20 plus minutes to get a few bagels
