I go in here every week, not anymore. I always ask for the bagels to be double toasted. Last two weeks I get home to find did not happen. This week I get home and the bagels were cold, I took them back and was told their toaster was not working, so they would do it differently. The young girl with big black glasses that I believe may be a new manager the way she was barking at everyone in between her singing, yells out why is this order here again. It was my order, one of the workers said we are remaking her order, the inexperienced manager said, I wondered why that girl is standing here again? I am a 62 year old woman, that has been a manager of people for over 30 years. Felt very disrespected! An apology would have went a long way. She just complained the toaster was not working. Maybe turn up the heat, let it warm up??? Previous week my ice coffee was like water. Something has clearly changed at this location, these things never happened before. I asked if management changed and they said yes. Someone needs to train the manager how to work the equipment and most of all customer service, or bring back the other manager. Truly disappointing!

Stood there for 5 minutes while two of the staff members looked right at me, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask if I had pickup or anything. I stared at my bag for 5 full minutes because they were too busy flirting to do their job.

Native NYer so I know my way around bagels 😊 Have been at this location several times now. Always a pleasant experience. Bagels are fresh, always a good variety and staff are quite customer service oriented. Well done Einstein's. 👍

I COMPLETELY DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW! The best thing on the menu was the Salmon Cream Cheese, AND THEY STOPPED MAKING-SELLING IT. No reason to ever go to Einstein Bros Bagels AGAIN! Never will spend another dime here..

Friday was the second time this location hasn’t has an order ready at the promised time. I ordered 4 dozen bagels at 6 am to be ready at 7:30. They were not ready at 7:45. If you cannot accommodate scheduled orders, please turn off on line ordering. Additionally, I was charged for milk I didn’t receive.
