Einstein Bros. Bagels

There was no one waiting in front of me and yet it took 3 workers over 12 minutes to make my 2 sandwiches which were both done incorrectly. I requested no egg, the smell of eggs makes me nauseous and I requested plain cream cheese and onion. My sandwich had an egg and no onion and NO CREAM CHEESE. $8 Sandwich in the trash, the egg taste and smell was everywhere.
Second sandwich had the wrong bagel. I requested an everything bagel and got plain.
The 3 idiots just kept staring up at the screen and giggling at each other. I will NEVER return to this store.

I went to pick up my online order today, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The lobby was empty, yet every employee stared at us with the coldest, most unfriendly expressions. One employee, who was mopping, hit us with the most bombastic side-eye I’ve ever seen as soon as we walked in. I get it—you close in an hour—but there’s no excuse for being rude. Not a single person welcomed us, and we had to say thank you first before anyone even acknowledged us. This isn't the first time I've felt like a nuisance just for being a customer. I love your bagels, but I shouldn't feel like a burden every time I visit any location. Corporate, what are you doing to keep your employees happy and engaged? It's clear something needs to change. Please address this issue. Thank you!

The girl at the checkout is on her phone when there are customers! And she doesn't care about anything! Disrespectful! If she wants to watch instigram videos with her phone, she should stay at home on the couch!

Didn’t get my simple order right . My drink wasn’t even blended it was just cold liquid ! And I asked for caramel and got Vanilla. The cashier was on her phone and uninterested in her job . That why she got my order wrong . Left it at that .

The weekend morning staff is the worse, they don't care about any thing, they are intolerant pieces of garbage so don't go if your disabled, and if u do go expect some waffle house style fights with staff encouraging it or starting it and disrespecting all customers... if I could give a 0 star review I would....

Been here twice (right when they first opened and this week) and the bagels are always so flat and don’t taste quite right. Bakery smelled like burnt bread and was kinda smokey when I went in. Cashiers were friendly but honestly won’t be back because the bagels are literally like half the size they should be, like they all were pressed down or something!

I have followed the procedure in the Einstein app to add a gift card to the app on THREE spearate occasions and have yet to receive a response ...infuriating

I went today and did a bakers dozen and my bagels were wet. I was so upset I called and said they couldn’t do nothing about it and it was a me problem. I didn’t ask for a refund just new bagels . But now I’m out 20$ and no bagels

Went to order breakfast sandwiches a few hours ago, I ordered me a coffee (currently 7 months pregnant and she said a rude comment" a coffee for you"and looked at my belly made me feel very horrible I just ignored her still got my coffee and paid. ? Rude cashier never going there again!!!!

Really the best Einstein location in Aurora!! Very friendly staff. Well make the coffee you want if they are out. Always help you find something new to try.
