Einstein Bros. Bagels

Outstanding service at this Parkside City Center location! I had a quick question and called ahead, but my call dropped. To my surprise, Diego from the cashier actually called me back to see if I still needed help — and even took my pickup order over the phone! That level of service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it.

When I arrived, the lobby was spotless, the staff was cheerful, and the whole place had a really positive, welcoming vibe. My order was perfect (thank you Diego and Briza!) and the whole experience made me smile.

Can’t wait until they get an espresso machine so I can add lattes to my order — but for now, this location is definitely my go-to spot for bagels and great service!

Einstein Bros is one of my favorite corporate bagel/breakfast places and this one specifically is right by my house and is always great service. Diego today was amazing. I came in right before close and he had my order out in about 5 minutes and was so nice.

Had to grab breakfast for my team on short notice and this was perfect. Feeding 9 people for $20? In this economy? Best part, the order came out early so I don't even need to rush to work.

I will NEVER order from this location again. The service was deplorable! I work for a local business in the area, and we ordered 12 bagel sandwiches for our team on the website. The order went through fine. Then it was cancelled I believe by an employee at the store as they didn’t want to process the large order not only was the order cancelled, but the account was also charged twice. My colleague tried to order again online and now the site doesn’t work and reflects an almost $200.00 credit for the double billing. She then had to request a refund on the site, AND NOW HAS TO WAIT FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED. We then called in the order and the employee who answered the phone was rude and asked if we tried placing the order online which we did, hence why I think they canceled it. She then took the order over the phone and didn’t confirm anything, and we had to pay a 3rd time. However, the deplorable service doesn’t stop there. When we got the order back to the office nothing was marked, we had to open each sandwich to determine which sandwich went to everyone. This experience was a nightmare and is still not resolved and who knows how long it will take for the refund. We have now paid 3 times for the same order.

This is one of my favorite Einstein's I have visited. The staff are friendly and engaged, and Candida and the guys on duty remember that I like my bagels double-toasted. They always smile when I come in, and I sometimes stop in on my way to work when not hungry just for the pick me up.

I visit this location almost daily, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. I’m usually in and out in under five minutes—by the time I finish prepping my coffee, my breakfast sandwich is ready. I also appreciate how the staff always reminds me to use my rewards account so I can collect my points. Hands down, my favorite location.
