The workers here are super nice and attentive! Feel very comfortable and taken care of even if it’s a small interaction. A little goes a long way here. Definitely my go to and glad it’s nearby.

I had such a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels thanks to Candida! She was welcoming, friendly, and had such a positive attitude that made my morning brighter. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and she made sure everything was fresh and just right. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and enjoys what she does.

Candida is a great example of excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I ordered breakfast with my kids there. I asked for the egg to be removed from one sandwich, and watched the cashier put it into the order. I also asked to substitute sausage for the bacon on another sandwich. Again, watched the cashier ring it up correctly. However, watching the girl who made it, she didnt pay attention to the order details, messed up the two requests, and threw the food into the bag. First time ordering at this location, never again.

Outstanding service at this Parkside City Center location! I had a quick question and called ahead, but my call dropped. To my surprise, Diego from the cashier actually called me back to see if I still needed help — and even took my pickup order over the phone! That level of service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it.

When I arrived, the lobby was spotless, the staff was cheerful, and the whole place had a really positive, welcoming vibe. My order was perfect (thank you Diego and Briza!) and the whole experience made me smile.

Can’t wait until they get an espresso machine so I can add lattes to my order — but for now, this location is definitely my go-to spot for bagels and great service!

Einstein Bros is one of my favorite corporate bagel/breakfast places and this one specifically is right by my house and is always great service. Diego today was amazing. I came in right before close and he had my order out in about 5 minutes and was so nice.
