I feel that the rating for Chubbys is unfair! I have been a long time Chubbys customer and everything about this restaurant is consistent and delicious. Over the years the quality has not wavered, in my opinion.
The food is authentic, fresh and delicious, again, in my humble opinion. The in house dining is clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff have always been courteous and professional.

I travel in from Castle Rock just to have a Chubby’s breakfast burrito! Have always had a good experience and they keep the place spotless. Wish we had a Chubby’s in Castle Rock.
