Last night I attended my bfs company party and El Zarandiao catered the event and it was the talk of the night. We both LOVED the mahi mahi tacos, asada tacos and flan. They were sooo good I shamelessly took some home. I can’t wait to visit the site and try their ceviche.Additionally, they are so efficient and hospitable. Food came out quickly without compromising quality. After the huge rush I got the pleasure of speaking to the Staff and it was a highlight for sure. This is the first stop I’m making when I have my mom come and visit me!They did tell me to call ahead to ensure they’ll be onsite that day. With food of this magnitude I can imagine they’re consistently booked for events.Muchas gracias!!!

It's hard to find a Mexican food truck for a pescetarian like me so this was probably one of my few options on the Colfax/Chambers block of food trucks that I can eat. Not only did this food truck check my food preferences list, their food blew me away. Their tacos are mouthwatering and delicious (kiss the chef). I can't wait to come back again.

Pricey, but legit tacos! Everything down to the tortillas are made from scratch and it shows. Takes a little longer to get your food than your standard food truck but there's plenty of wandering to do while you wait.

We ordered food from a truck right before Christian approached me and gave me a sample of the mahi-mahi with their cheese and cucumber lime hand made salsa! I cannot wait to grab one of each from their menu the next time! Christian and his staff were super friendly and their truck was very clean! Highly recommend them!
