Honestly, worried about this location with as there were almost no customers when we visited. The happy hour deals are really good; however, the rip tips are somewhat inconsistent. While they were good, sometimes that I’ve been in they were fabulous.

Impressed, I was in June 30 and not impressed. Meats were dried out and old. I didn't think that I would be back but I received a reward in my app and thought I would give it another shot. Wow what a surprise. Everything was great, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It was like eating at completely new restaurant!
After the second round which was much better, I will be back.
