Whereas the food is great comfort food, I have never ever gotten my entire delivery order. There are always sauces or an app or breadsticks, something will be missing. Usually a lot of things.

The Fazoli's near us closed years ago, so it felt like a treat to stop here when we were in the area. 5 stars plus a bonus star for the breadsticks and the gal working the register. She was so nice and helpful and even though she seemed to be the only one working at the register, she handled everything so well and never seemed frustrated. It's just hard to find good service anymore, so I wanted to give her a shout out. Wish I would have asked her name.

I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo with extra Alfredo sauce and they put marinara sauce on top of the fettuccine sauce. I ordered it through Uber eats but I clearly selected extra Alfredo sauce. The food is salty and nasty as heck I want a refund from somebody. Trying to contact Uber eats and I can't find a number. Called Fazolis and had to leave a message. Terrible service on both sides.
Hadn't been in maybe 15 to 20 years and it was pretty much like it was back then so would definitely return

Came in to grab a pick up order. The chick with the poofy hair walked past the order twice, told me it wasn't ready, then went to the bathroom to vape (she had it in her hand,) instead of helping customers..
Another employee came to help me 5 minutes later... and it was ready the entire time.....
The one good employee needs some help...

I absolutely love Fazoli's. I have been eating here since I was a kid and I still enjoy it now as much as I did before. Not only is it delicious, but as soon as I am entering a Fazoli's restaurant it brings back childhood memories. I definitely recommend Fazoli's to everyone.

I like this food when needing some cheap comfort, but this store fails. Two drive in orders were taken before mine after I was waiting to place my order. I was told she would help me soon, but then took another drive in order. There was a delivery driver that walked in after me stood at the counter and they were helped before me. Maybe I should have gone in the drive through. Pass this store by and find something else. Fazollis has gone down hill over the last few years. Shame.
