I placed an order through doordash. And she told me they where busy but they forgot my bottle of water, my ravioli was smothered in Alfredo sauce instead of what I ordered and the salad was withered and old and wet. Bread was wet as well. Extremely disappointed! Won't order here again!

Always a good value for the money, especially with the deals on the app. Jody Cashman is a great manager with her customer service! The interior of the restaurant is showing it's age and could use a little improvement. Homelessness is a problem in the area. Hanging out in the restaurant and doing drugs in the bathroom is a problem that needs to be STOPPED!

The service was EXCELLENT!! I took my grandchildren out for dinner and they all said that this was the 👌🏽 BEST restaurant that they have been to. The manager on duty, (Jodi) and the young lady working this evening, went above and beyond to make sure that my grandchildren had a great experience.👍 😀 The service was so good that we told Jodi that we would see her next Tuesday! The breadsticks are ALWAYS GOOD, the salad 🥗 was fresh and appealing. The food was served hot and the taste was delicious 😋.

Nasty dining area and rude manager. Came in at 8:30pm and they had shut down half the dining room and they hadn't bothered to clean the tables in quite some time, so we sat in the back at a clean table. The night shift manager came out yelling at us that it was closed and we needed to move. We explained that there wasn't any clean tables and she still made us move. Got a refund and won't be back.

Fazoli's never disappoints! The service today was awesome. I came inside to order, normally I just go through the drive-thru. They completed my order very very quickly, I was surprised at how quickly actually! It was delicious as always! Oh I did get the mozzarella balls this time, I don't normally get these but they looked really good. The seasoning was completely on point! I will get them again!

Clean restaurant decent food and the employees do care and seem to get you in and out in a timely manner plus if you check your local ads in mail there's always great coupons in there for really really good deals. And breadsticks complementary with every or most meals
