I now know why all the Fazolis are going out of business. I never write reviews but I was just home from the hospital from having a baby via c section, ordered dinner, they brought us 1 out of the 5 items we ordered. Blamed door dash, took zero responsibility even though the bag said 1/1 and left us high and dry. I have loved this chain for so long (hence wanting it after delivering) but this was enough to make me never want to come back. Shame on you

Silvia is a very nice woman and she is very helpful when I had questions about the menu. Silvia helped me decide what to order. the food was really good . I got fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti.It was good food.
Dietary restrictions: my friend needed gluten-free and she was able to get that here

Dude it's drive thru Italian food, NO it isn't going to be the best. But it is better than any other fast food style Italian. It's nowhere near as good as Olive Garden and Olive Garden is nowhere near as good as any Italian restaurant in Denver.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room between tables for wheelchairs to fit through , chairs are easily able to be moved so a wheelchair can take it's place at table, countertop with cashier where you place your order is low enough for someone in a wheelchair can easily speak to employee and hand off payment . Soda machine is low enough for someone in a wheelchair to access
We eat here about 3 to 4 times a month. The service is getting slower and slower. Today I've been sitting here for 20 minutes to get my online order. It was placed 40 minutes ago. Last time they lost my order ticket behind the printer.
I just got my food and drove away. Of course they missed the meatball for the kids spaghetti. I'm not even going back and waiting another half hour. Something has to change at this location.
It sucks because we really love fazoli's.

Wish they had better listening skills. Sampler no meatball and sauce sub meat sauce. Ofc they failed. My fault for not checking after them. I was the only car in drive thru

They forgot my salad. They also forgot my 2 free bread sticks. I also ordered fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and mushrooms, but there were some pieces of meat in it (it looked like ham or bacon). I did not ask for meat. The pasta and mozzarella balls were decent but nothing amazing. I am very disappointed that half my meal was missing. It's not that hard to check the receipt that you literally have stapled to the bag to make sure all items are included.
