I’m a real fan of Firehouse Subs, but won’t be returning to this location. The employees were playing offensive, explicit music through the television. The volume was so high that it was difficult to order, and I couldn’t hear them call me when my order was ready. Dining in was a very unpleasant experience. Visiting with a family or trying to have a conversation with another person would have been a very embarrassing experience.In reading other reviews, it is evident that this has been a continuing issue, but that the management has not effectively addressed it.

Kids and I really enjoyed our first visit. Subs are moist, juicy, tasty, flavorful and fairly sized and priced. The added pickle spear is crunchy and flavorful. It really helps that the guy helping us was just terrific. Dining space is open, well lit, and clean.

I had to order 3 times in a single day, 2 smokehouse beef and cheddar briskets. Then a tuna for dinner never in my life have I had such a delicious sub sandwich. Not even fat shack has anything that can rival the lush taste of the brisket and tuna subs. 100/10 recommend chocolate chip cookies were a nice finish as well.

The past few times I've been to this location, they've had annoying rap music playing through YouTube on the TV, cuss words included. Last time I was there, there was a family with a young kid listening to all those derogatory terms. It just makes it seem like a trashy location. Nobody wants to hear that garbage up super loud while trying to eat and converse with who they're there with...

I go to firehouse subs in many different states. This location had some reality show on and had the volume up do loud. Every other eord was an explicit word. I will not go back to this firehouse location and it really makes me trthink the entire brand.

I used to come to your restaurant about once every week or two. It has been a month or so now. I didn’t even orde this time even though I really like the subs here. I walked in tonight to order. I asked the staff “hey how is it going?” No one responded. The cashier kept staring at me instead of greeting or saying he was reading to take my order. After about a min, I asked “are you waiting for me” he said “yeah.” Teach your staff how to say “Hi, what can I get for you?”Good luck loosing customers

Where do I even begin. From the roach I saw while waiting for my sandwich to the dirty table area at this store, it was certainly appalling. I have been to a dozen different firehouse subs and this was by far my worst. I even heard the employees behind the counter talk about how bad management treats them. The only good thing I can say, is how the employees offered to compensate for my sandwich when I commented on the roach………. Please do not eat here at your own sake.
