Firehouse Subs Cornerstar

Just at a loss for words over this $15 sub... This is pathetic its not the workers its the companies piss poor quality standards they are trying to pass as high quality. Do better....

For sandwich shop Firehouse is the best for quality and taste. Its the only place I will eat a sandwich at other than my home.

Firehouse has always made some great subs. I just moved to the area and each time I've been to the Cornerstar location it's always Kayla working the counter by herself. I asked her tonight if she is the only person staffed because she's the only one I ever see working. She said that there is other staff there (and was even shouting for help from the back) and got no help/response during the rush. Honestly, shame on ownership for constantly putting this girl in a lone role position. Give Kayla a raise.

I am not sure if this place could have worse service if they tried. It took three people, and they still couldn’t understand my order and I was reading the menu items directly from the menu. It took forever and was so slow and not helpful. There are enough locations of this restaurant that I would go to a different location.

Most of the time theyre great. I did have 1 order recently that was missing all the meat on it for some reason. Very weird. Only tint iddiedn,b;;_y

Ordered 2 sandwiches through DoorDash and wasn’t able to add any packets of captains sauce so I called hoping to get some just added to my order, but was told I couldn’t do that.. I explained how Ive been able to do it before, they’re just carry out packets.. and she was just very stubborn on not trying to help me out.. only reason I wanted the sandwich was because I was craving the sauce soo.. that’s unfortunate.

We have eaten at this Firehouse subs for many years. Last time we were here we had a negative experience because the sweet and spicy meatball sandwich was way too spicy! We went back again today and Richard the General Manager had seen our review and immediately announced he was going to buy our lunch today. Happy to report that the sweet and spicy meatball sandwiches are as delicious as ever. Thanks Richard!!

They put sooooooo much oil on the Italian sub I ordered, they might as well have been making a soup. Bread was soggy and saturated with oil. The oil leaked through 5 sheets of paper towel. Utterly disgusting.

The service was not just quick but fantastic. The boss there even gave me a free drink. I think I'm always going to have a good impression of this place

Ordering online gave me trouble. Called the store and they said to come in. Richard took care of the issue with superb customer service. Dack has helpful with quick preparation and accurate quality! They were amazing with excellent customer service and care! Will be returning here!!!
