Firehouse has always made some great subs. I just moved to the area and each time I've been to the Cornerstar location it's always Kayla working the counter by herself. I asked her tonight if she is the only person staffed because she's the only one I ever see working. We have eaten at this Firehouse subs for many years. Last time we were here we had a negative experience because the sweet and spicy meatball sandwich was way too spicy! We went back again today and Richard the General Manager had seen our review and immediately announced he was going to buy our lunch today. Happy to report that the sweet and spicy meatball sandwiches are as delicious as ever. Thanks Richard!!

Ordering online gave me trouble. Called the store and they said to come in. Richard took care of the issue with superb customer service. Dack has helpful with quick preparation and accurate quality! They were amazing with excellent customer service and care! Will be returning here!!!
