I ordered the Firehouse French fries out of curiosity because I have never before eaten French fries at a sub shop. Was I pleasantly surprised! Without a doubt, the MOST DELICIOUS fast food French fries I have ever eaten in my life. They were hot, crisp, and incredibly delicious!

I’ve always loved firehouse subs
My largest disappointment is no matter what I order, whomever makes the sandwhich either just goes into autopilot mode and makes what they want or they completely ignore what is requested to be off the sandwhich
Every single thing I asked to be left off two sandwhich a (tomatoes mustard and mayo) ended up on the sandwich.
Why have the option to customize if it doesn’t happen anyway
Disappointed and hope this location gets better

Forgot how bad service is at this location. Could use a good cleaning. Oh and you always forget the pickle!!!

Very good subs. I got the meatball and it was delicious

The salad I got was $12 and they forgot to add the grilled chicken. So I paid $12 for a side salad. This salad is about the size of a $4 salad at King Soopers, that’s where I’ll be going next time. The lady taking my order was unpleasant, I will it be back again.

Sent my husband in to get a French dip sandwich and he came home with a $9 literally 2” sandwich. It was supposed to be 4” but it was NOT! What the hell! No pickle either. So pissed!

I've had troubles with this location before.. whether it's getting the order wrong, you get home just to find out that they gave you the wrong sub. The staff has been extremely rude in the past!!

But today I think might be the last time I ever go. I was just eating my sub and as I took a bite a very long string of hair came off of my sub. I was trying to see where exactly it was coming from but it seem like it was almost baked into the bread which seems crazy. I know it's not mine as I have extremely short hair. And there was no one sitting anywhere around me this was literally in the sub. Needless to say I threw the rest away... Very sad...
