Sent my husband in to get a French dip sandwich and he came home with a $9 literally 2” sandwich. It was supposed to be 4” but it was NOT! What the hell! No pickle either. So pissed!

I've had troubles with this location before.. whether it's getting the order wrong, you get home just to find out that they gave you the wrong sub. The staff has been extremely rude in the past!!

But today I think might be the last time I ever go. I was just eating my sub and as I took a bite a very long string of hair came off of my sub. I was trying to see where exactly it was coming from but it seem like it was almost baked into the bread which seems crazy. I know it's not mine as I have extremely short hair. And there was no one sitting anywhere around me this was literally in the sub. Needless to say I threw the rest away... Very sad...

Cheap and fast ordering and recieving food.

The food was very good, it was still warm enough to steam up when i opened it in the car in the cold. It was moist enough to not be a dry sub and i really enjoyed my food. Never been to firehouse subs before but now i will return

Worst service every time we are here. Little girl with red hair made us wrong sandwich and when I told her to remake it she started slamming things. Which made us really uncomfortable. They have this weird atmosphere because of their attitude, they never welcome anyone with smile. They hate when customers walk in it’s not even the food it’s all girls that work in there are horrible they hate working there never going back here again

Four teens on the clock and only two are working. The place is disgusting ? The manager must lead by example so they must be just as filthy. Right? Food is too expensive and the meal doesn't have a pickle anymore?? Never again!

We came at 8:45pm and I know for some might be rude but we were craving it so we came. They received us with a long face and toughness. Okay?! We understood. However, we got our bread and we double checked them and they were missing the pickles even though I asked for them just to make sure we were given the pickles. Anyway, I went back and I asked for the pickles and they ended up giving it to us in a rude way.

This would be at least my 3rd time getting my order without the pickle!!!! Like, I get your attitude because you wanna go home but forgetting part of the meal is not cool.

We had a very large dine-in order and every one of our sandwiches was delicious! Everyone loved their meal and they were all prepared accurately and fast too. The restaurant was clean and the staff was on point. Our favorite sub sandwich shop in the area.

Parking: On busy weekdays, this strip mall can get busy since there are a lot of business sharing the parking lot. Closer spaces can be hard to find.

Kid-friendliness: They have a selection of kids meals with free fireman's hats.

Do not eat here they all are a bunch of idiots. Basic instructions are impossible to follow. Not the first time we had to deal with us. I even called and asked specifically for what we wanted they pulled my order said they would do it and then they did the complete opposite even give us what we paid for. Biden voters
