We eat at this location every time we are in town. Always came here when we lived right down the street. Never had a bad experience until today. My wife and I came in for a early dinner and all the chairs were on the tables. We started to order and was told we could not eat inside???Said they were under staffed?? Two people were behind the counter making sandwiches. How many people do you need to let us sit down and eat? This is not like covid where we ate in our truck. Will never do that again. So we turned around and left. I am sure as long as the dining room is closed we won't be back.

Came to grab a sandwich with the family tonight, pulled up at 8:40, open sign was off so we decided to call to make sure. One of the girls working answered the phone and reluctantly told me they were still open so we decided to run in and get an order in. The energy and way they treated us was super awkward and rude, like we were a nuisance to them. I would understand if we came in 5-10 minutes before close, but 20 minutes is plenty of time to make some sandwich's and close up. On top of that they messed up one of our sandwiches. Never felt so uncomfortable, and when I mentioned it the girl looked at me and didn't say a word. Really disappointing you would treat customers like that. We were in & out in 5 minutes, plenty of time before close. Hate writing bad reviews on businesses, especially on yelp but definitely felt like the owner/ management needed to know about this.

High turnover on staff makes quality inconsistent here. We've had amazing experiences in years past but recent management is more hit and miss.Dietary restrictions means we have to exclude certain ingredients, and we've had several instances of orders being incorrect. Even when business is relatively slow and we're basically the only people in the store. Simple things like "no bacon" or "no cheese" get missed frequently.The sandwiches are good, lots of topping options. Drink dispenser is solid too. Post COVID, I miss the hot sauces being visible where you can add them or choose. Supposedly they still have them as options, but they even stopped putting up signs telling you what they had.Overall, not the quality or consistency of years past. Especially at this location. It's not bad, but it's not consistent.Check your order before leaving if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, is my recommendation.Dietary restrictions: Inconsistent staff, due to high turnover, means your order may be made wrong.

I cant/dont believe these negative reviews, I've ordered from here countless times and it's always been top notch. Sometimes may be busy and might have to wait a little longer but it's definitely worth it, the quality is there.FYI The BBQ beef and cheddar is absolutely to die for!

Service was really slow and they were out of peppers, onions and a few other ingredients. One sandwich was incorrect and the other was room temperature when it should have been hot. Male employee who heated the sandwich when requested was the lone bright spot in my visit. Won’t be back.

Very moody and impatient as I took my time to make a decision. She gave me a scolding look as I took my order. Pitiful experience with a so called customer service worker. I loved to go to that place but after that experience I’ll take my business elsewhere.
