Just left this location, I walked in and let the spanish lady know I had a pick up order. She was spraying cleaner and wiping down the kitchen. She went to get the receipt and proceeded to try to make my order with the same gloves she was cleaning with. I asked her politely to change her gloves and she got an attitude and walked to the back. So the black woman working came out to make the 3 subs. She had an attitude as well and didn’t put cheese on any of the subs. Didn’t realize it till I got home. This location is trash.

The gentleman at the register who took my order, repeated the ingredients of the sub to me before placing the order, which gave me a chance to omit mustard that isnt listed on the menu for the sub I chose. He was very polite as well

I'm a big fan of Firehouse, and this is a solid location with really friendly folks working there.
If I could I would give zero stars. My husband went in and ordered us food. Told them I have a mushroom allergy. And then they pack the bag with a to go bowl full of mushrooms. I am highly allergic to the point I go into anaphylactic shock. When I tried to call no one answers. Will not be going back. People’s safety means nothing to them.
