I'm a big fan of Firehouse, and this is a solid location with really friendly folks working there.
If I could I would give zero stars. My husband went in and ordered us food. Told them I have a mushroom allergy. And then they pack the bag with a to go bowl full of mushrooms. I am highly allergic to the point I go into anaphylactic shock. When I tried to call no one answers. Will not be going back. People’s safety means nothing to them.

Jake was amazing compensated me because the last firehouse did not give me the order correct. Yet he made sure that is was correct. I will attend there as long as Jake is making my food. I appreciate your time. And you will have my attendance weekly… I run a store and I feel appropriated when I walked by him saying hi and asking me how was my experience…

They delete your points you save with them if you don't eat there every 3 months. This store has really gone downhill and I used to really love firehouse. Subway is gross but watch how they make your food here when it's busy. It's a joke and their loyalty program is a joke. Save your money and buy a lunchable
