They delete your points you save with them if you don't eat there every 3 months. This store has really gone downhill and I used to really love firehouse. Subway is gross but watch how they make your food here when it's busy. It's a joke and their loyalty program is a joke. Save your money and buy a lunchable

This was the very first location I visited. I was on my way home from work and was in the area and decided to try Firehouse Sub’s.
It was in between lunch and dinner so wasn’t very busy, but had some steady business.
The service was very friendly and helpful, the store was very clean.
I was impressed and very pleased.

If you order thru Uber Eats, there is a free item (Mac &cheese). Firehouse will attach the itemized receipt, saying they double checked the order but the free item will be missing. Don’t order delivery.

Italian and steak and cheese sub, of course with Ms. Vickie's bbq chips. Everything was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Husband loves this place.

Subs are good.
The staff don't answer the phone. They treat you like you're a bad guy for trying to support their business. I tried to be nice, but the employees just talk down to you.
If you place an online order, make sure it's right. Cuz if not, they do not take care of you or try to make it right

We ordered through Uber eats. Purchased a smokehouse beef and cheddar sub and received a bun with fat no actual meat, all fat. Absolutely disgusting. Wish I could post a picture. Just gross! Not to mention the lettuce on our other sub, slimy and wet. I found a way to post a picture of the fat and cheese sub.

Extremely slow service. The sandwiches are still excellent but plan to wait 20-30 minutes for your sandwiches. Better to call an hour ahead and pick them up.
