Door has been broken for months and they won't fix it. Staff is rude and gets orders wrong every time I order online. They don't put the online orders on their rack for it so you have to wait in line anyway.

Ordered lunch for a team. About half the ordered subs were weren’t as ordered. Took just under 2 hours to have order delivered. Plan ahead if you insist on ordering from here or look for better option.

The firehouse steak and cheese was awfully salty and sweet. It was a tough eat for me, but it could be your cup of tea if you can handle very high sodium content.

ordered from Uber because I'm at work and trying to feed my employees. my order was so messed up. I asked for 2 of each sandwhich we got (bogo deal) and they completely swapped my sandwiches. my hook and ladder that was supposed to be on white with everything and mushrooms ended up on wheat with only the mushroom toppings. my coworkers turkey that was suppose to be with no toppings but bacon and wheat ended up having ALL toppings no bacon and on white. the only thing that wasn't messed up was the meatball subs. I only got one out of 2 garlic breads ordered. Uber also refused to refund me more than what they already did.

The customer service was terrible.They didn't get my order right and the girl manager was very snappy.Wouldn't recommend this location. In the app won't Let me
post Anything unless I give him at least one star.And that's the only reason they Got a star. Their review system seems rigged as well. The ingredients.
Were wrong, it wasn't double meat like I paid for.
And there was no cheese or bread even though I clearly said bread on my order. Once again , the girl that was a manager tonight , very snapy new york steamer wasnt syeamy at all it was all cold I can't recommend it at all.i feel very much ripped off.if you ever get take out there check it thoroughly before going home

I ordered a meatball sub online and when I arrived at Firehouse it was ready, got it home and was surprised how many meatballs it had. Can’t believe I’ve waited so long to try Firehouse Sub’s.

They forget sandwiches. We ordered 5 full sandwiches (meals) and they gave us 4. I drove 40 minutes back and forth to pick up my sandwich. The manager knew immediately she didn’t make it when I called back. I was upset during the time it was lunch rush. She asked if I wanted a cookie or brownie for my trouble. I responded no, I want the $20 sandwich I paid for and competent staff that can count to 5. She knew there was 4 sandwiches in my order but went “yep, that order is ready. Counted it myself.” Then proceeded to offer me a cookie. I’ve never wanted to set up a 15ft ladder and land a missile toe drop kick more in my life.
