Cashier woman has rude attitude, doesn’t announce when your order is ready just lets it sit behind the counter until you ask if it’s done won’t be coming back to this location.

Great service! I ordered catering from this location for an event at Aurora Sports Park. I asked for all of the toppings to be on the side - lettuce, tomato and onion. The did that and even sent forks so people could add the toppings that they wanted. The delivery person was lovely and so helpful. The sandwiches were delicious and the veggies were very fresh. I like how they split the sandwich so you can see what it looks like - this is helpful for teens who want to know what they are getting! There wasn't a single piece left. Would definitely order from them again.

Terrible staff, nearly unconscious. Must be hard to find quality employees in this area.

How about at least greeting people when they walk in? Terribly rude and careless staff.

Walked in, zero word from anyone behind the counter. Was blatantly ignored, intentionally.

We walked right back out the door and headed straight to Jersey Mike's. You've lost a customer fire house.

Terrible customer service. Guy handing out orders visibly tries not to make eye contact with me before I’m force to confront him about my order that’s already been made and sitting behind the counter the last 10 minutes. Proceeds to serve another order before barely giving me his full attention enough to get my order so I can leave already. He then asked me to confirm my order and I was like “how do you want me to do that?” I already gave him the name on the damn order. Y’all need a customer service course. Trying to not look at customers is wild.

Firehouse Subs is always great. This location has fast friendly staff. And a pleasant ambiance if you decide to dine in. Right across from the hospital complex.

I love this place however it’s slipping very badly no ice in the ice machines no sweet tea when I tell them they’re out they look at me like they’re very confused so I pay for something that I didn’t get

Taste was solid 8/10 but employees were fighting each other and it took 21 minutes to get the food. Also, $17 for a sub is crazy work. Vibe was off in the place.

Door has been broken for months and they won't fix it. Staff is rude and gets orders wrong every time I order online. They don't put the online orders on their rack for it so you have to wait in line anyway.
