Came for Easter Brunch buffet at the food was truly bad. Airplane level food. They also didn't make much in house, all the baked goods, desserts were clearly purchased and felt like they were from Costco.
Potatoes and bacon were undercooked. Would not recommend.
Service was ok, but forgetful.

Fireside @ Blackstone is part of a great country club overall, but unfortunately, the restaurant and bar fall short of expectations. The food, drinks, and service are all pretty average—nothing particularly stands out, and there’s definitely room for improvement.
I’ve also noticed, as others have mentioned in their reviews, a pretentious attitude from several of the employees, which doesn’t align with the welcoming environment you’d hope for at a country club.
While the club itself has a lot to offer, the restaurant and bar could use significant attention to bring them up to the same standard. With some changes, this could truly become a standout spot, but for now, it’s just okay.

service is great. our bartender remembered us after only being there once. the food definitely rose in quality between our first and second visit. very impressed. the gluten free bun on the chicken bacon ranch held together perfectly too!

Great food but will miss Happy Hour since ClubCorp has decided to eliminate it during the pandemic! Unfortunately we had to find this surprise from the staff yesterday. No management communication to the members.
