Sat up at the bar to skip the line, took my order quickly. I kid you not food was in front of me within 5 minutes max, specialty drink too. Saw another couple get their food in like 3 minutes. Insane speed, it’s sorta busy too so they must have Sonic cooking it up back there. Love this place. Food was delicious as always. Very friendly staff.

This is the second time I have ordered food from this location, which has turned out horrible! We ordered two trifectas. One waffle was cold and soggy, and the other was overdone and cold. We ordered over-easy eggs, and they did not come out over-easy—overdone. I even had my boyfriend go in Earlier than they told us to pick it up because I knew it would be ready. I understand you all are busy, but getting things right is not that difficult. I did not write a review the first time and decided to give you guys a second chance, but this is unacceptable. We have paid good money, and it’s irritating when things are not right.

Wonderful service AS ALWAYS. The staff is so welcoming, fast & fun. Everytime we come we are able to try something new, the food never disappoints! Their portion sizes are perfect. FW has the best coffee and fresh juice in town! There's always a reason to come back, see you next week lol

Very disappointed in this breakfast scramble. I ordered eggs over easy and they are fully cooked all the way through, absolutely no liquid yolk left. The entire platter was overall dry and bland. Bacon was burnt and made the dish taste like char.

This is my 2nd time in at the Parker location and both times service is very poor. I thought maybe the first time was just a mishap but this is the second time I've waited over 10 minutes just for a server to ask if I even want water. They sat me and my husband down and no one has said they will be with us or offered water or anything. Food is good which is why we came the second time and decent price but waiters just look at us like no one knows who is supposed to be helping us. Even helped the people that was sitting behind us before we just decided to get up and leave.

Our waitress was rushed and didn’t make eye contact with us when she came to the table. She actually took our order without even looking at us… she was scanning the restaurant… not sure what she was looking for. She didn’t ask if we would like water (we did). We made a request for whole milk for coffee and she brought us the processed creamers in the plastic single serving containers. She didn’t seem to hear or understand our request. I ordered the market skillet, which should have had 2 eggs; it came with a single scrambled egg and what appeared to be less than full order of the skillet potato mixture. She forgot to bring the bacon I ordered on the side. The chef who delivered our breakfast dishes also didn’t make eye contact, didn’t interact with us, and appeared rushed. We have been to other First Watch restaurants… this one fell short of our expectation.
Our server was amazing, Zo. He handled our large party of 13 very well and was super patient with all of us. Food was brought out in a timely manner and was good as always.
Prior to being sat is the reason for the 4 stars and not a full 5 because we called ahead and let them know we were coming. They said they’d be able to seat us. We waited an hour and saw multiple opportunities where they could have sat us but they chose to sit other people who got there way after us. They didn’t check in with us or update us whatsoever. Our party had 8 kids in it. They were getting hungry and impatient.
My husband went to get an update and the manager, Daniel, was very rude with his response and didn’t show any empathy whatsoever.
Thankfully Zo our server made the experience better because if we didn’t have kids we would have absolutely just left and not sat down to eat. The wait was too long when it didn’t have to be.

way over priced!! for a couple bite of an omelet and not even a handful of green salad $19 bucks . very poor portion for the price. give me a break !! not far away , in other places , a breakfast you can't even finish and take the rest home. will never return there.
