Carmen wasn't the friendliest but she did an ok job, took a little bit long to bring things, she might of been a bit busy with the bar area. The food was good, the breakfast potatoes were a little underdone. The breakfast sandwich though that egg was cooked perfectly and those ricotta lemon pancakes are always so yummy.

My server/ bartender Alex was excellent. Working in a sales heavy industry my self I can tell he’s well scripted and accommodating. Although the elevated egg sandwich needs tomato or something to balance all that avocado mayo. I also think the brioche bun was lacking in excitement. The potato’s with the optional parm sauce was delicious.Over all no serious complaints and I like First Watch, I’ll be back again.

Going right to the point, the resturant has a very good breakfast menu, especially since it includes the macros. However, my main issue is the consistency, meaning the dishes might be cooked differently everytime you visit.
The first time I ordered the white egg omplete with Turkey, it was very good and I could tell its 460 Cal, as presented on the menu. But I visited again today and sadly it was very greasy. Not to mention the presentation is way off (compare the 2 photos...
