No difference in other burger joints
Horrible customer service. I’ll never understand why people who clearly have no business in the hospitality industry waste their time working for a restaurant when they’re clearly miserable with their life. Smile!!!!!!
The worst customer service in all of Colorado, today June 27, 2025. I have received one of the greatest humiliations in this city, from the cashier of this establishment.
Stopped here and only got a shake, but damn was it good.
It's one of my favorite hamburger places to go.
The cheeseburger was freshly made, but didn't have a lot of flavor. It was also on the expensive side compared to other cheeseburgers. The in store peanuts were a plus though.
Service was fast and polite. The space itself is pleasant but seemed to be one big ad for Five Guys. They do have password protected Wi-Fi for guests.
Plenty of parking spaces were available right next to the restaurant.

The guy at the register purposely gave me incorrect change in an attempt to basically steal my money. I guess he figured black people can't count or that it was such a small amount that I wouldn't make a fuss but anyone who wants to dine here I would rethink or at least be very diligent about your change.

I called in my order 15 minutes before I arrived and they said they would drop the fries once I get there. Which is usual. But I get there give them my name and they tell me that it’s going to be 10 minutes and it’s as if they just put in my order which doesn’t make any sense and then people that ordered after my call-in Three people had their food ahead of me. I called in so that would be faster because I was in a time crunch and I might as well not have even ordered. Very frustrating

This was my first time in. James was very helpful and friendly. He kindly answered all my questions. The place was clean and well organized. I watch the cook on the grill clean the girl after each order. The fries were fresh and hot. The burgers were delicious and juicy. All the staff was super friendly and had a smile on their face. Definitely will be back soon superb service hands down! 12/12 Thursday 7:45pm

This location sucks. Usually get an extra scoop or two of fries at other locations. They burn their patties and buns. Forgot bacon on my burger. Every time I go I hope for new managers but I'm always let down
