I came in on the the snow day today and snow almost everything else was closed, but 5 guys was open and the staff were so friendly and up beat!! The store was so clean and the atmosphere was happy!! GREAT SERVICE and GREAT people working tonight at 7pm ! I'll definitely be back to this location especially !! All day people have been so crabby and freaking out about the snow, but I admire how positive the staff is here!!

The fries are always a generous portion, which is nice, but the burgers seem too greasy and messy.
Service was very slow and the crew kept disappearing into the back while food was cooking, and on top of that watched the manager walk out of the back room with his gloves on his hands and his phone in his hands as well then directly continued to make the food for the orders without changing his gloves.

Ordered from here and they barely put any toppings or sauce on the burger, extremely bland. Meat was way overcooked. Tried to get it fixed and the guy at the front was totally rude. I've never had such a bad five guys burger. Don't go here. Go to a different one. You'll thank yourself.Every other five guys is great. But this location is a shame to the company.

If only they got grass fed beef!! But the peanut oil cooked fries are to die for. My Nutritionist says, only every 3 to 4 weeks, as it raises cholesterol and will harden your arteries.
