Staff were very friendly.
Fries were too salty.
I requested buns toasted on both sides and did not happen.
(They were not busy)

The staff was nice but the food was so gross the fry’s tasted like cardboard. I had never had five guys so I went by my self to see what the hype was and was expecting a good lunch for $21 … never going back… just go to in and out even if you think it’s bland in and out is 10x better then what ever five guys tried putting together. I’m serious. It was disgusting. Do you know when your food is just bad and you can’t stop thinking about the money that you could’ve spent on actual good food like a week later? Yeah that’s the type of taste it left šŸ˜”. Just go to good times it’s right next door they have better stuff to 😭

As usual, 5 Guys has one of the absolute best burgers in the business. This location did not disappointment either. I went in on a Thursday afternoon, around 2:00 p.m. It was after the lunch crowd, so it was not crowded at all. I looked over the menu, and decided on a cheeseburger with everything on it, a medium fry, and a strawberry milkshake with whipped cream. In my mind, this is a "normal" lunch. Then, the shock of the day was given to me. The gal rang up my lunch on the register, and for my three lunch items, it came to a total of $26! What?! Are you serious? So, while the food was tasty, warm, and fresh, it definitely was not worth $26. So, if you want a good tasting lunch or dinner, I'd recommend 5 Guys to eat at. If you're on a budget and watching your dollars, then I'd recommend to go somewhere else. Great food, bad prices.

Honest review,

I have always liked 5 guys but never really the price. Separately, everything seems affordable, together…. It’s $20 for a one person meal.
The food is always good and I like fresh French fries. They also give you a lot of fries!
The staff is always courteous and friendly. You can see them make your food which is nice too.

My two complaints are:
They no longer give you trays to eat on when you dine in. You have to eat out of a to-go bag. Not ideal when you are trying to lay out your food.
Second is the price. It is too expensive compared to competitors. I’m not talking McDonalds or BK, but similar burger joints.

Hope this helps in your decision!
Feed yourself and don’t be hangry!

The French fries was too salty so I asked the cashier to return it and replace it with a less salt, it took themn15 minutes to give me my fries and when I went to my table I found out it's only one when I ordered 2 so I had to back on the line and ask the cashier for the second one again I hade to wait another 15 minutes to get my fries.
