My patties have been progressively getting smaller. This weekend, I paid almost 35 dollars for 3 total patties the size of a Jr Cheeseburger patty at Wendy's.

Very friendly guy that answered the phone and took my order. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were awesome as usual. Nice and clean inside. Guys from the night paving crew are all happy with the service and food. Will definitely eat here again before the project moves to another area. Sable and Alameda store is great. 😁

Usually a good location. But got our orders completely wrong for our burgers this time. Very weird. Either there needs to be more training or better communication. Food was still good. Fries could have been more crispy this time -- first drop was too long.

What is up with 5 guys. They used to have big incredible burgers. Now they are like sliders. Never getting a burger again unless they fix it and go back to their original size. And really $6 .50 for a small fry. Really. Can't they make a 3.00 size.

The staff here is wonderful. Dorlinda was very welcoming and the new guy from Texas ( sorry did not get his name ) was the most friendliest person I have ever encountered in fast food. My daughter and I came in for a early dinner. It was perfect!!!!

This was my first visit to this Five Guys having frequented many throughout the country as I was visiting the area. Hands down it was the best one I have been to in years. Even though it was at closing, the restaurant was clean. The service was excellent (thank you, Nick S). The fries were overflowing in our bag and perfectly seasoned. The burgers were also great. Thanks for reminding me why I loved Five Guys in the past. Keep up the good work. PS. Thanks for the bacon!!!!

Everyone there was lovely. It seemed like they were backed up with online orders. But I got food and my order was completely wrong. I hate complaining but I payed 20 bucks for an incorrect meal. Like I said service was wonderful and the employees were great. Just didn't get the food I expected and paid for.

First time at Five Guys and it definitely wasn’t the best experience. The cashier had great customer service the blond girl making the food had an attitude, mean mugged and kept saying ‘oh my god’ every time a customer walked in. On top of that the meat in my patty is pink, I have enough health issues as is and this is really dangerous for me. We will not be coming here again.
