I was looking for a nice healthy alternative to what was available in the area and I couldn't have been happier finding Foggy. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has a great comfort to it. The fruit smoothie was amazing and the customer service was very kind and felt awesome to be there. Great place for a healthy meal for a fair price.

The nutrition shakes are addicting and filling and the loaded teas make you feel great! If you're looking for high quality, healthy protein shakes, this is the best spot in the area. Between the two shake sizes, there are 200 & 300 calories in them, 24g or 36g or protein, 5g of fiber, 15g of carbs, and 10g of sugar. The loaded tea is an extra 70 calories and is low-sugar. If you're craving something sweet in the morning but want to be healthy, the menu at Foggy will give you energy and squash your hunger!
