Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

One by one the amount of locations I have added to my bann list is growing exponentially. False advertisement is the single most growing reason for me. I came in to this location with my son for a couple burgers and some ice cream. $41.00 later I left with a great sense of dissapointment. I ordered the Brisket Burger and my son ordered the classic burger. I challenge ANYONE to compare the advertised picture of the Brisket burger compared to what they serve you. In the add they show thick brisket slices. I was shocked as to how thin the slices actually were when i received my burger. My sons Burger was ok. I paid $7 for an ice cream sundae that was nothing but milk by the time a got it. This is yet another case of corprate America screwing the consumer !!! Im done with Freddy's.

I’m not sure how we pay extra for cheese curds, and get way less than we paid for….

Update: please tell me why we pay so much extra for a small curd in a large container????? This is still an issue and I’m sad to say, this may be the last time we spend our hard earned money at this location.

Took the kids for lunch and ice Cream after the last day of school. Great place!

A teen worker got mad and huffed when we asked for the rundown of our order, that’s a very normal part of a cashier job and I fear it’s also common sense as a team member to confirm orders back to customers. We were shocked at the price but didn’t put up a fight just didn’t know how much we ordered originally, we payed for our entire original order of $50 and still got bad attitude from the worker

My brother and I ran through the drive through and one of the managers (Anna(the beautiful one)) helped us with our order and she was very helpful and easy to work with. Plus she was easy on the eyes

As of late. Do not trust the Sunday night staff. They need better management or staff

Overall a good Freddy’s. It felt clean and the food seemed fresh.

Used to be our favorite burger, but they have definitely changed things at the corporate level. We thought it was the cooks at first, but we just tried this location (a new one for us), and it was just as bad as the other location. Fires had zero seasoning, and the burger also had no seasoning. They literally sell Freddy’s seasoning on Amazon but I don’t think their cooks know what it is. The burgers have also been overcooked. It’s just not good anymore. Super sad.

The person behind the counter that took my order was very kind and helpful.

We went through the drive thru. We were greeted by a pleasant voice. We ordered and she remained pleasant the whole time. We get to the wondow and the fries were taking a little linger so she has us pull around to the front. While we waited, I was thinking about writing a review due to her going above and beyond helping us with our order and then bringing it to our car. I asked her name and it is Caitlyn. It feels like customer service is lacking these days and it was refreshing to have Caitlyn represent your company with wonderful customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Freddy’s Restaurant, and I can confidently say it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an incredible meal.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, catering to all tastes. I decided to try their signature burger and it did not disappoint! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, it was accompanied by crispy fries that were just the right amount of salty.

Customer service and food great. Mentioned my son had a peanut allergy so we got an Oreo sundae and he still had a reaction which makes me believe cross contamination happened somewhere in the back of the house. Luckily not big enough reaction to epi pen him but he said it was yucky and his tongue swelled up for a few minutes with a lot of coughing. Please take my review and improve if you can prevent this. Thank you!
