We had a horrible experience with this location, attempted to contact to resolve the problem via the same website that was happy to take our money. It has now been 4 days and silence.

Love the vanilla custard and milkshakes from Freddy's. I usually prefer ice cream and I've tried some other custard chains but this is the only one I like. The grilled chicken club sandwich really hits the spot and fills you up!

We order two burgers and both clearly say no onion. Both came with onions. One was completely wrong. Hard to patronize a business that specializes in hamburgers that can’t get the orders correct. I asked them to remake them. The guy who seemed to be in charge handled one of the burgers and let me know it was what I ordered.

Ive gone to this Freddy's a lot since it first opened and have given the benefit of the doubt a lot but they continue to disappoint in every way possible, can't even get the right order or even warm fries

All was well with our visit today ,but the cleanliness of this location is greatly lacking.
Every table was dirty .

I wasn't very impressed with the gentlemen that took my order; He was pretty dismissive. The chili cheese Fry's i ordered where fresh and tasty. The shake I ordered was completly wrong. I ordered extra Oreos and I got a cup of ice cream... I went inside and CeCe (or CC?) remade my shake and was incredibly professional! She deserves raise!!
