They put salt on my fries and I can't have salt on my burger I had a food allergy but the burger was Good and will come back

This location is usually pretty decent. Food is always hot, service is usually decent. There have been times where service could have been better, but nonetheless a pretty good location. The drive through however does take a pretty long time, especially if you’re a few cars back. Expect to wait around 20 minutes if you’re 3 cars or more.

We waited for an hour in drive thru to support our school, we were the 5th car in line.... and get to window they said 20 more minutes at least, we might not want to pay (2 burgers, 1 chicken tenders and 3 fries), so like the other 2 cars in front of us we left. Unacceptable and infuriating. They should have made an announcement about the situation they were facing, bc visibly it wasnt that busy. Would just be a regular Wednesday at ChickFila...but instead they had people waiting 90 minutes for food inside. And basically told all of us to not bother paying when we got to the window AFTER AN HOUR. And just to reiterate, not a 20 car line....not a 20 person line inside. I try not to be an unreasonable person but this was another level of incompetency

Clean this restaurant it’s disgusting
Maybe we came in when it was really busy, but they got our order mixed with the people behind us. They did what they could to rectify it and even gave us coupons. Even while we were complaining about getting the wrong stuff, they were still very friendly.

Anna is incredible ! I really enjoy seeing her smile she’s extremely cheerful and has great workmanship. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Chase in the drive thru is mad passive aggressive. I’ve worked drive thru before, nothing is ever that serious Chase. Maybe have them elsewhere in the restaurant, not a customer facing role.

The drive-thru wait time was incredibly long. +40 minutes waiting for a burger and fries, and no way to get out of the line. Staff was very kind and friendly, but wildly inefficient.

This is the worst freddys I've ever had! Fries were under cooked and the burger looked like it had been sitting for awhile. There weren't any Pickles or onions on the burger and it tasted terrible.
