The kid with the long hair working the drive through needs to be fired. Gave me the wrong order. I went inside and the kid is handling food with the same gloves he’s using to take money and wiping his hair with smh. At the end of it he just put the onion rings in the bag and no container and still gave me the wrong order. I don’t know if he was high or what but this was bad.

The employees were so nice! Food was really good too! They ran out of small size custard bowls, so they gave us a large! My 5 year old loved it, but it sure made for a long night for me haha!!

I'm a big Freddy's fan one of my favorite burger spots, my wife and I have a running argument if which is better Freddy's or Culvers. I dine at Freddy's regularly at different locations. However this Freddy's at the Arapahoe Crossings is by far the worst. Whoever runs this place definitely needs more training. I went through drive through, ordered the prime rib steak burger combo, with cheese curds and a large iced tea. The young lady at the drive through said you have to have fries we are out of cheese curds (the curds are my favorite so that was very disappointing, the manager clearly doesn't know how to properly order their food supply) Ok give me fries I guess. Would you like any sauce, yes give me the smoky sauce. No I can't give you smoky sauce we are all out. (Again manager doesn't pay attention and doesn't know how to order their supplies, how do you run out of the condiments) Ok, give me spicy, she says you got it. The food came out quick, which is usually a positive, but not when the food is cold. The fries had no warmth to them at all, they had visibly been cooked but obviously they had been sitting for a long while. The prime rib steak burger was also cold, and besides being cold it didn't have the prime rib. So it was just a double burger with the toppings as the prime rib. The young lady taking the order had no problem telling me they were out of curds, out of smoky sauce but couldn't tell me they were out of the prime rib? got charged for the prime rib, paid $16 for a cold meal that was not even prepared right. This location is the same reason why my wife chooses Culvers over Freddys, they are always out of something, whether it's curds, smoky sauce, cheese sauce for the fries, one time they were out of hot dogs. I have to agree with her, I will choose Culvers over the Freddys at Arapahoe Crossing everyday from now on. I have never had issues with any other location, but definitely will not be returning my business to this one.

I want to thank Jackie for NOT listening to my order. First I did NOT order a drink. When I got to the window first thing was a Mt. Dew (yuck). I order bacon received NONE. Asked for NO onion got it. Where are listening skill and customer service????

One by one the amount of locations I have added to my bann list is growing exponentially. False advertisement is the single most growing reason for me. I came in to this location with my son for a couple burgers and some ice cream. $41.00 later I left with a great sense of dissapointment. I ordered the Brisket Burger and my son ordered the classic burger. I challenge ANYONE to compare the advertised picture of the Brisket burger compared to what they serve you. In the add they show thick brisket slices. I was shocked as to how thin the slices actually were when i received my burger. My sons Burger was ok. I paid $7 for an ice cream sundae that was nothing but milk by the time a got it. This is yet another case of corprate America screwing the consumer !!! Im done with Freddy's.

I’m not sure how we pay extra for cheese curds, and get way less than we paid for….

Update: please tell me why we pay so much extra for a small curd in a large container????? This is still an issue and I’m sad to say, this may be the last time we spend our hard earned money at this location.
