You couldn't hear the cashier at all. She barely spoke above a whisper and then got aggravated when I asked her to speak up. And i'm not even hard to hearing

Customer service really needs coaching

Chain burger restaurant featuring smashburger styles. The grilled cheesesteak burger was excellent. The toast it came on was good and it was hot with a lot of melted cheese. There are several other options often including a short time special.

Service was mixed. I had to order four times to get what I wanted. First, the woman got neither the burger or the drink right. Then corrected the drink. On the third try she entered the right burger but got the drink wrong again before getting the order right. Fortunately, she was saying the order as she entered it so it was only submitted once. On the other hand, the woman bussing tables was very friendly and helpful. The space has a lot of seating and plays interesting music at an appropriate level. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

There is plenty of parking available.

Ordered a California style with bacon. The lady at the intercom was really nice. I didn't see her name tag, but she's someone I'd want to tip in today's times.

My order was so wrong and random the only thing I can think of is who ever made the order doesn't know how to read or is passive aggressive about their work. I ordered two jalapeno cheese burgers and instead got two normal cheeseburgers and they didn't even put sauce on them.

Me and my daughter have always enjoyed Freddy’s. The location had friendly staff. Very clean inside. We will be back!

They made great food and made jokes with us. Best location to go

We love us some Freddy's, and this location is the closest to our house in Southeast Aurora. I REALLY wish they would build a store close to Buckley Space Force Base!!! I think it would always be busy!

Best service and really good food. Best employee is T. He is nice and kind. Checks on customers if they are having a good time. Seriously the best employee!

I had an great experience today with my son he ate kids meal and I had chilli cheese dog staff was great service was fast.
