Other than the 2 or 3 tables where someone had just eaten and left, the place was immaculately clean. (The restaurant has about 30 tables: about 8 booths, 5 bar tables and the rest regular tables.) The staff is friendly, and service is almost immediate. The food is great ! The food tastes exactly like it looks. There were about 3 other groups of customers in the restaurant while I was there. It has that old, malt shop ambiance !

The young lady at the drive thru was not friendly and she did not place the order that was given at the intercom. This os the 2nd time I have encountered this employee and both times she has charged me for a double aand single was what I ordered. I understand upsetting is a thing I did not know that fast food was now participating.

I love Freddy's. By far my favorite fast food burger.

Freddy's offers a unique fast-food experience. The food is tasty, but it's worth noting that the portions tend to be smaller compared to what you will find at other fast-food places, which can make it feel a bit less filling for the price. For instance, the chicken tenders, while delicious and reminiscent of the flavor you might find at IKEA, were notably small in size.
There was plenty of seating when we visited, a comfortable dining experience, the reception from the reps was welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere.
One point to consider is cost. Compared to other burger places, Freddy's seems to be on the pricier side, maybe because we added the custards as a side. While quality is there, the smaller portions combined with the highest cost might make some dinners think twice about it as a regular fast-food option.
Overall, Freddy's offers genuinely tasty food in a welcoming environment, perfect for a quick bite as long as you're prepared for smaller portions and slightly higher price points.

I came in around 6pm yesterday store was pretty busy,so I thought my order would take a while but I got my order fast and hot thank you Michael. young man was on the fries and was working hard keep up the hard work young man.

It's hit or miss. Lately it's been miss after miss. $45 for a couple grilled cheese, fries and a combo meal for the fries to taste like rubber, burger slopped together and thrown in the bag..

You couldn't hear the cashier at all. She barely spoke above a whisper and then got aggravated when I asked her to speak up. And i'm not even hard to hearing

Customer service really needs coaching

Chain burger restaurant featuring smashburger styles. The grilled cheesesteak burger was excellent. The toast it came on was good and it was hot with a lot of melted cheese. There are several other options often including a short time special.

Service was mixed. I had to order four times to get what I wanted. First, the woman got neither the burger or the drink right. Then corrected the drink. On the third try she entered the right burger but got the drink wrong again before getting the order right. Fortunately, she was saying the order as she entered it so it was only submitted once. On the other hand, the woman bussing tables was very friendly and helpful. The space has a lot of seating and plays interesting music at an appropriate level. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

There is plenty of parking available.

Always great burger combo. Great service. Such a winning combo.
