2024 ReviewStill my favorite fried, the shoestring kind.Visited soon after opening time so, no problem with lines and free table.Service was ?, warm and welcoming.Had their new(er) menu item, the Jalapeno Pepper Steakburger.Very filling and good.Of course, the fries ?Still not offering coffee which, I really hope they will.Will still be a returning customer.-----------Love their shoestring fries, a throwback to ones I loved growing up.We normally order the Double Patty Melt and in my case, also a small Turtle Sundae.Today's visit, we were hopeful that they would have the Fish and Chips on the menu as they had last year during Lent.They did!Choice is either 3 or 4 pc. Fish and Chips.My husband and I both had the Fish and Chips plus a Turtle sundae for me.We probably would frequent more often if they offered/served coffee, which they don't.Our visits to this branch have generally been on late afternoon weekends and have not encountered a long wait.Parking: Definitely, no problem with parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Dining area is spacious for wheelchairs to maneuver as compared to other chains.
I don’t know who is in the kitchen, but you can tell they enjoy cooking. The food was really good! Hot, fresh, seasoned just right, and made as asked. THANK Y’ALL!! Was so hungry and this did not disappoint today.Even the young lady taking the orders was kind and courteous. Hate I didn’t have cash because this was absolutely a tipping moment!! The ones that deserve it, don’t ask for it and the ones that do not deserve it, demand it lol. Crazy!How your food tastes depends on how the person who makes it feels in that moment lol.
The young lady at the register was amazing. We think her name is Nikki. Her voice was very, very quiet. She was making ice cream treats by the tray while handling the greeting and order taking. Everyone there was excellent but this girl should be recognized. I wish they had a tip jar!
A bit pricey, but worth it. This burger tastes what a burger should taste like.I also like the shoestring fries. You just can't find them anymore except here.I highly

Those kids don't know what they're doing and the young lady han an attitude at the drive through window. I paid for and received the wrong order. She asked me to return the receipt and the order and asked for my card again. She was going to refund and then recharge me. I just drove away. These kids need more customer service training.

Honestly one of the best place I've been for fast food. Staff is very accommodating to changes in orders.

The girl with a bunch of sloppy makeup who took my order was super rude. I normally go to chick fil a but the line was long. Wont be coming back.

This is usually one of my favorite places but lately they seem to be changing. Went today and found out the onion rings are pretty pricey. Got the equivalent 10 rings for roughly 30 cents per each. Probably skip that next time

This was by far one of my go to burger spots.However I decided togo in instead of through the drive thru. Big mistake, " the lobby was Filthy behind the counter where the workers were making food and taking orders was disgusting. I was so appalled. I could not believe that I was actually eating food from there in the past never again!!
The service received by one of the workers was absolutely horrible through the drive through I love the food but the attitude displayed on this young lady got you a no longer visit from

Car behind me in drive up honking because it took so long for order taker to take my order. Employees courteous but abrupt. Patty melt a tad too greasy. Cheese curds great, but way over priced.
This one used to be a joy to visit but it has really gone downhill. The service and food were okay, but it is rather frustrating to have music on in the lobby and have to also contend with the bass fest from the kitchen. There really is no reason for this, but seems to be a growing trend....
