We had this spot picked out to try for the first time. The food looked amazing and gave off a unique vibe. We arrived (4 customers) with excitement but got greeted by a young lady with a very unprofessional/uninviting attitude. She must have had a bad day but it took our excitement down very quickly. We didn't get to experience this place. As my first job was as a hostess/waitress and I know better to stay with an unkind staff as it ruins the whole experience. I bet the food is good but the kindness of people make the place what it is. It seems like the staffing might be causing this place to lose business. I wish them the best in the long run.

They serve some of the best ramen in the area, however the handful of times I’ve been there I’ve had issues with the service. The first time I got seated and waited 15 minutes before leaving because they forgot about me. Second time today I went and waiting to be seated, waited about 10 minutes then decided to leave. I would have understood if they were busy but there was only like 2 other tables at the time.

This place is under new ownership, and while it was always good, the new owners have taken it to the next level. It’s now GREAT. My 8-year-old daughter is obsessed! She loves the new decor, the cool anime playing on the TVs, and the fact that they don’t close at 3pm anymore 🙌 Huge shoutout to our server Jessica who absolutely elevated the vibes and made the experience even better. If you’re looking for quality food, great service, and a fun atmosphere, definitely check this place out! My daughter thought our server Jessica was so cool she wanted a picture with her…attached 🥰

Nice little Ramen gem. Not easy to notice as you drive into the plaza but worth a stop for a variety of Asian delights and beer, sake, etc.

The food is phenomenal and all things considered, the service (Jessica) is great. But for the love of food, why can’t you hire more than one server?!?! Your business would thrive with two servers on for dinner rush. Give the people what they want! :)

Got and assortment of appetizers and they were absolutely perfect. Crispy, hot, melt in your mouth. The ramen was delicious- the meat nice and smokey. Extremely filling!!
