I don’t actually know how the food is or the atmosphere of this establishment, but they sent me a mail menu. Just a menu in the mail. No promo code or anything, just a menu in the mail. If you are trying to get me to come here, and are spending money to advertise, at least put some more effort into it. Just a mail menu, really? Do better marketing team. You can hire me for better marketing tbh.

Will say this place is BY FAR one of the better sushi places in Denver area! We drive now 40mins just to come eat here… the Batman roll and the I don’t roll are some of the most amazing rolls I’ve ever had.

The sushi here is consistently fresh, tasty, and delicious, but what really makes the experience special is the service. Our waitress always takes such wonderful care of my wife and me, and she’s just as attentive and welcoming when our extended family comes in—whether we’re dining together or separately. That level of care and consistency means a lot. Great food, great people, and a place that truly makes you feel like a regular. Highly recommend!

Whenever I crave sushi, I come here as Fuyu Sushi has the best sushi I can find in all of Aurora. The sashimi/nigiri is huge and fresh and the rolls are so delicious. Price seems fair for the size of the food you get so no complaints there. I have been recommending this place to all my friends so they don't have to travel all the way to Denver for good sushi.

Fuyu is our favorite local sushi spot. Everything is delicious, you can't go wrong. Its affordable, 8 rolls - a mix of special and regular, fried chicken and edamame ran us $125. We all left full and satisfied. And the service is great. They're nice and helpful. Love this place. Thank you Fuyu ♥️
