Stopped by Fuzzy’s last night in Aurora and was excited for the signature taste of fuzzy’s tacos. The garlic sauce and hot sauce are definitely one of a kind and haven’t had them in about two years. Also excited that I didn’t have to cook dinner after soccer practice ran late. I ordered 9 tacos to share between my son and I, as well as chips and salsa. Everything looked great but sadly the tacos were so disappointing. My son and I couldn’t stop laughing at how pathetic they were. When I tell you it was a taco full of lettuce and they felt like holding a shell of air, I kid you not. It was very disappointing. The tacos had about two tablespoons of cold dried out ground beef on top of about 3 inches of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of cheese and Pico de gallo. Garlic sauce was a drizzle and not something you could even taste. I knew immediately I was going to have to cook my son something when we got home because it was not anything but a snack of nachos really. When the young lady came over to check on us and asked how everything was I told her. I apologized for complaining but it really was too pathetic not to. I explained the tacos didn’t even feel like a real taco. I mentioned to her that we use to go to the fuzzy in Arvada very often and it was never like this. She apologized and said “yeah, they are getting ridiculous with it” she was hesitant to say that but didn’t know what to do because that is how they are normally prepared now. I know food costs are extremely high and it’s hard for a restaurant to make a profit these days but I rather pay more for a normal taco than to make due with a lettuce taco that you can’t even taste the meat or garlic sauce. This meal cost $60 with tip. Truly a rip off. Going home even later and having to cook made the whole experience “dog water”. Kid lingo for a negative experience. lol
Unfortunately, the last couple times we had went to fuzzys in Arvada the food was declining in that location too but hoped for a different experience in Aurora but it was so much worse! If this truly is the new recipe to their tacos FUZZY’S YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!! Much much better!!
This is the first ever negative review I have ever written in my 52 years of life so to complain online is definitely not something I take lightly. This needs to be addressed or skip Fuzzy’s for eating and just go there for chips & queso and Dos Equis.

Actually the tacos were over priced compared to the portions and were just sort of mid level with taste. It's OK but probably not a place I would deliberately go back and visit.

Weird experience all together. Ordered enchiladas with tomatillo sauce (straight from their menu) and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. I was super confused but my girlfriend realized they only knew red or green sauce - not tomatillo even though thats what the menu said.
Not a big deal, just weird. Worst part was unfortunately the food. The rice was rock hard. The refried beans were clearly microwaved and super dry. Black beans had no seasoning. We got enchiladas that weren't bad, but really just OK at best. We also got queso, which was decent.
Would not want to come back considering it costed $30+ and we could only bear eating about half the food since it was that bad.
