The food was warm and great. Had the margarita shrimp taco and the grilled chicken salad. Ordered a caribou Lou and it was delicious. I didn’t catch my bartenders name but she was attentive and made sure everything was good. I came in around 7:45-8:15 and it was somewhat busy. The bartender I had was the darker hair girl with colored hair in the front. I didn’t catch her name but first time here and she was good.

Edited: What a fall from grace. Today was my last visit ever to this location. Horrible service, the manager that started our order couldn’t be bothered with finishing it and handed it off to two employees that came to the register a minute later. I ordered a margarita and had to get my own lime from the beverage station after I asked for one. Like other recent reviews say, the place is dirty. The booth I was in had dried up butt-burning sauce on the back of the seats. My food was cold because the pagers weren’t working for whatever reason so my order was sitting there for several minutes before someone came around and asked what I ordered to give it to me. I’m disappointed but life goes on.Original: We always have a good time at FUZZY’S and this is our go-to location. Last time we visited, Iliana took care of us. She’s super-chill and does her job well. Thanks for the great service and great food. Will definitely visit again!

The food was okay, but most of it was served cold. They were out of several things. Restaurant seems to be poorly managed. Service was very slow and the one server was more concerned with chatting/flirting with the kitchen (slowing things down even further) than doing her job. One of our items came out wrong and we got quite a bit of attitude when the correct item was brought, and it was undercooked. Definitely won’t be going back.

Horrible service. Our food was cold and the wait was long. Asking the server for anything was a waste. She was more concerned with flirting with the cook than serving us. Apparently no manager on site to correct this. There was trash everywhere. I definitely won’t dine here again. Please avoid this restaurant.

I ordered two taco plates with cilantro lime rice and latin fried potatoes. Everything was stale and cold. Rice had zero lime/cilantro flavor, it was basically plain white rice with a few green specs. You would think something named "latin fried potatoes" would have seasoning but it didn't, not even a little salt and I could tell they weren't even under a lamp, that's how cold they were. No salsa, the chicken tacos were dry as sand and there were like 2 shrimp in each of the shrimp tacos with hella lettuce. We threw it all in the trash, I was super disappointed because how is it possible to mess up tacos, rice, and potatoes...smh

I'm not usually a big fan of Anglo or American food chain imitations of Mexican food (Taco Bell excluded), but this place surprised me. I wouldn't call it traditional, obviously, but the tacos have really good flavor, probably owes to their garlic sauce. I like the grilled shrimp taco and the cartnitas taco.
