Gant's Catering & KC Style BBQ

Seneca catered my husband's 50th birthday party. My husband is from Kansas and KC style BBQ hit the spot! Everyone loved it - brisket, pulled pork, ribs (with meat falling off the bone!) Mac 'n cheese and green beans. Great food, great experience- I highly recommend!

Seneca catered my daughter’s graduation party. A pure professional from beginning to end. Great food and a great experience from the initial conversation to the delivery of the final product. Seneca communicated as needed. The food is a 10/10. I definitely recommend for all of your BBQ needs. Moist and delicious accompanied by his homemade sauce. Chefs kiss!

I would highly recommend Gant's BBQ it is some of the best barbecue in Denver! I've had it multiple times, would highly recommend for catering events. Added bonus the owner is super nice and easy to work with.

I've had seneca's food multiple times, it is always up to par! This is literally some of the best barbecue you will ever have. PS don't skip the sides! The sides are downright amazing.

AMAZING!!! We had Seneca cater my husband's 50th Birthday. I can't say enough great things about the food and service! It was absolutely amazing! So much flavor and love put into the food. Everyone at the party loved the food! He even gives you a bit more food to be sure you have enough and we had leftovers to enjoy a couple days later. He providers everything! I didn't have to worry about how to keep the food warm, utensils or place settings it was all provided. He even does all the set-up! It was so fantastic! I have never had food catered and Seneca was so great to work with and helped answer any questions I had. His communication was immediate and so professional. He is so passionate about his cooking and his family and it was great talking to him and getting to know him. We can't wait to have another occasion for Seneca to cater. I highly recommend Gant's catering for any occasion big or small. Thank you so very much Seneca!!!

We had Gants KC style BBQ cater our rehearsal dinner for 70 people and the food was absolutely amazing. The BEST BBQ around. Brisket, Chicken, Tri-tip, Mac and Cheese, Potato Salad and Baked Beans. The meats were seasoned and smoked to perfection. The sides were all homemade. Even the BBQ sauce was homemade and absolutely delicious. Thanks Again for the great food. EVERYONE at the dinner loved it! Outstanding Job!

Gant's catering handled our vow renewal in July of 2022. The food was amazing!!!! Especially the spicy salmon! They came early and then cleaned up everything nicely. It was wonderful experience and we highly recommend them.

I recently started the meal prep services because as a busy executive, it's not always realistic to expect that I would feel like cooking every day. Gant's meal prep is delicious, healthy, and has excellent portions. Best of all, it's affordable. On a side note, the bbq is amazing, especially the brisket and those jalapeño poppers!

Gants came through and made this skate party event delicious? I have tried many a BBQ in my 51yrs and these guys threw it down last night! Still tasting that delicious brisket and the BBQ eggrolls!!???? Whaaaatttt!!??? That shhhh was AMAZING?????????

Got a Turkey Smoked for Thanksgiving! Was delicious and very flavorful! Definitely will make more purchases in the future.
