The Waitress we got today was very rude when we where eating she put the receipt on the table on the middle of the meal to top it off when we went to pay she made a comment saying I already know it’s not going to be a tip very unprofessional and very rude if you don’t like your job don’t work there!

The Dripping Mule

Food is not as good as it used to be. It's hard to have a consistent waiter/waitress. Dishes piled up on the table longer than they needed to be. Salad bar was half empty. Wasn't that busy. For the price food should've been hot and fresh.

This place is about half of what it use to be Took my whole family out first first. They're asking our children how old they are, and what they want to drink like. We can't tell them the truth of how old our kids are and what they want to drink. And then when we sit down after I spent $200 for dinner. Come up and act like my son-in-law didn't pay for a cup of coffee that he did pay for because it was on my receipt. This place is crazy, make you feel like you stole something after they Stick it you for dinner. It's a minimum of $21 a person for adults to get in there after you pay the $1799 and 299 for a drink. This place is really gone downhill compared to what it used to be. There used to be all kinds of buffet bars there, but now there's only about five i ask to the manager about how the waitress was. Treating us and she didn't even act like she caredefinitely won't be going back.

Went back to this place and it's even worse than what it was before. I wouldn't even go there if I was you, at least not this one. The other ones I've been to are way better than the one on Mississippi, it's definitely worth the drive to Go to the Other Ones. Better food, better service and way better atmosphere.

Front desk cashier suck and the manager too they charged us 29.00 dollars to eat and the little food I had lefted on my plat I wanted to take with me but they said they have to weigh it and then I pay for it again so I agreed to that but after I did that they wanted me to leave it with them and they put it under the counter that was a hell no and so I ask for my money back and they wouldn't give me my money back they just ripp people off.

I wrote this post because I went there with a group of my friends and their family, and it is normal that there is a place for families. We were given 3 tables in different places, and there was a table that works on our breadth. She told us in an immoral way to go and stopped us in the waiting line and worked to introduce groups that led after us. When we went to the manager, she was present and looked at me in an immoral way. She put her finger on her mouth and says, I'm not talking, which called me. I told me the same words are not suitable for me. I told the security man to take me out and not return my account, and I had a child with me and And I told them that I will go out, but they gave me back my money, but they said we will not give you your money, and at that time my child felt afraid, so I went out to keep her safe.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I use to enjoy this place I am loyal customer for 7-8, but this time they had the worst service and disrespected by a small group and one specific lady who was very disrespectful , and not giving us a refund when we said we wanted one. Since they would give us a refund we had to eat their food, and after that whole mess we couldn’t even enjoy the food, because of the lack of time wasted arguing with the lady .
