I have family members that go to this place all the time. I never actually went in but the wings are awesome!

Food was not cooked to order. Specifically asked for wings extra crispy and fries crispy. When I picked up I even opened the containers so the steam didnt make them soggy. Wings were not cooked crispy so to have asked for extra crispy is wild. Fries are normally my favorite from here but were completely soggy. When I called to tell them about my order they told me to bring the wings back so they could put them back in the fryer very unsanitary…..

Service was great. But I got my order within 5 mins of ordering and was confused. Realized it's because the chicken was already made and sitting and was super dry. Sauces were decent but the main show of the chicken was dry and tough

Love eating here, portions are great in person but very small portions when it’s to go.
They are now implementing you sitting down to order which is more time consuming waiting for the waiter to finish with the other tables before they come to your table.

By the time she comes to my table I would have had my food.

Now when it’s time to pay I have to stand back in line to pay. Very inconvenient when it’s busy. There’s no point in having to be sent to be seated to order instead of ordering at the counter.

Liked the old system better.

Didn’t even have to tell them crispy or saucy……… they just do.

First time here - I don’t like hidden valley ranch, you know the type, and sauce is half the meal for wings. Not a fan of how the fries are made either, where they freshly fry. There’s a science to a good French fry, soaking in water over night, and the starch. Because they aren’t uniform, some parts weren’t cooked. Also was barely salted. For me it was middle of the road, but decent. Sauce was good though - spicy was actually hot, like advertised.

They make really good bone in wings, the fries are usually soggy so I tried the onion rings this time and it's a good thing I have an air fryer it took me 5 minutes of time in there to get them crispy with the amount of oil they had on them they were so soggy. Girlfriend's boneless wings were gooey and had no crispness as well. Stick to the bone in wings here they are very good but don't recommend anything else. Staff is always friendly, butI usually order to go/pickup so it's a low bar.

I just found a contact lens in my fries. I ordered takeout and now I feel like I have food poisoning.

Edit: Travis K. Commented and left contact information via email. After going back and forth through email with Travis taking no accountability. My family and I got sick after eating the little bit that we did prior to the discovery of the contact lens (no surprise there). Travis K. Offered me at 10 wing credit. No, thank you sir. Keep your wing credit and unwelcome contact lenses too. I will never eat here again. Consumer choose wisely.

The wings were test old and the were swimming in the sauce, the fries was not crunchy need more cooking time. Im general was not was i expected 😔

The order wasn't delivered as requested, the fries were overly salty, the wings weren't fresh and overly seasoned, and the chicken was flavorless, And the price was also too high for 3 orders of regular wings, we paid more than $68.00 It was my first time. And it will be the last, my friends and I left the place Disappointed.

Just delish wings and fries! Get the Golden Flame sauce, so yummy! 😋
The Aurora location has been remodeled since I was there last and it is SO much nicer now! They even have better ranch (which used to be just gross) now so that’s good! But I do recommend using blue cheese for your fries instead! My mouth is watering just remembering how good it is!
My lunch mark was close to $25 so it is a little expensive but was a nice treat!
