Don't know if I came on a bad night. But for some reason it was a fight to place a order and to get my food. Love Good Times but I will just go to a different location.

The guy who handled my order was fantastic. Great energy and helped me with my online order problem. My headphones were dead so I couldn't listen to music while heading home on the bus so i was really frustrated😭🙏, but this goodtimes experience changed my day for the better😃. All I got was a single scoop pumpkin pie custard and a large frie but both were great. The frie was fresh and tasted amazing while the custard tasted EXACTLY like an pumpkin pie. Overall, this is the best goodtimes experience I've ever had and I'll be coming back soon.🗣🔥

One of the finest, if not the finest, eateries in the world. Delicious food and always impeccable service. Might I suggest the vanilla malt, which I would undersell criminally by describing as "exquisite".

They included mayo on my hot honey chicken sandwich, and they keep adding ice to my drink even after explicitly asking them not to. Disgusting.

Paw bender literally had zero peanut butter in it, and was completely melted in the 6 minutes it took me to get home. Drink top was not secure and spilled all over my car. Will not be returning.

I literally stood at the window as all of them, watched me stand there for 20 minutes, waiting for them to come to the window to take my order. Used to come here a lot, the services and the people that work here now are the reason I don’t go here anymore. Customer service is lousy, they don’t care about making people happy or putting orders in correctly. And when you verify your order at the window, they get mad because they didn’t do their job correctly and make your order right. Save your money and go to a different Good Times or just somewhere else in general.

Absolute joke. I ordered two corn dogs, a shake, Mac and cheese and an animal style burger.

Upon arrival my burger was 95% sauce and the patty was burnt. I physically couldn’t hold the burger without napkins, the bun was falling apart soggy and the food was not warm. OH, but the microwaved corn dogs were nice and warm. Mac and cheese was mid. Food 1/10 Speed 10/10 maybe slow down next time ?

Too bad this good times they don't heat the hamburger bun compared to other branches this store prepares the orders poorly!

I really don’t understand some people this days… for the last few times I have been going to this location there are incompetent and rude. I paid for a medium spoon bender with extra stuff in the item and the person working there didn’t get the order right got upset with me and then decided to roll there eyes, and slam the window, Very unprofessional. Really needs new people working there.
