How many times do I have to go here and they always get my order wrong! Neither I'm waiting to be seen at the window for 25 minutes before they care to come to answer it after knocking multiple times. I thought maby go through the drive through maby then they will get my order right but no. I'm bring robbed I pay for something and get half what I order every time. Great food when cooked right. Not going to this location again tired of money taken.

Drive thru service was awful. Rushed and interrupted while ordering, and they ended up getting my order wrong and I was charged more for it. Food tasted great even though it was wrong, just terrible drive thru service.

A couple months ago they changed their milkshake recipe so it now includes corn syrup. Did this without telling anyone, which caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. As one of the only fast food places that had corn free food I am extremely disappointed. Won't be able to buy from them again.

Great low carb for the new year. Every thing is available as a lettuce wrap. If you’re not outta fat kid mode get a cold brew spoonbender with cookie dough hits the spot !!Dietary restrictions: Awesome for keto/low carb

Extremely Disappointing Breakfast BurritosRating: ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆I recently purchased a set of six breakfast burritos from goodtimes on Havana, and I must say, it was a major letdown. For a price of $4 per burrito, I expected a delicious and satisfying meal, but what I got was far from it.Firstly, the burritos were incredibly small, barely filling enough to be considered a breakfast portion. I was shocked at how little substance was inside each burrito. The lack of filling made each bite feel like a disappointment.Moreover, the quality of the burritos was subpar. The tortillas were falling apart, making it a messy struggle to eat. It seemed as though they were haphazardly put together without much attention to detail or presentation.To make matters worse, I had to throw out all six burritos. The overall experience was so underwhelming that I couldn't bring myself to finish even one of them.Considering the price I paid and the expectation I had, I can confidently say that these breakfast burritos were a waste of both my money and my appetite. I would strongly advise against ordering them for delivery at the Havana location.I hope that the establishment takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their breakfast burritos. Customers deserve a better experience when it comes to their food, and unfortunately, this was far from satisfactory.

Im 100% sure the food here gave my family and I food poisoning we ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals and tenders kids meal, i feel like the burgers werent cooked all the way through because they initially messed up the order so the food was rushed more than likely and not freshly

They don't have natural fries which sucks if you are gluten/wheat sensitive. They have burgers without the bun but ZERO sides that don't have wheat.
