Great breakfast burritos

Apparently they can't get orders right. Both of my sandwiches were made wrong. And had to wait for my mobile order despite there being no lines.

Extremely rude. I just pulled off and went to Popeyes. I would never give business to any company or business who can’t at the bare minimum provide good customer service

I absolutely love this place, wish we had one in Green valley ranch. The best thing they have are the cheese jalapeno potato bomb they are so good and it comes with a strawberry jalapeno syrup. Amazing

thanks for bringing back the veghead burger, too bad about losing the cold brew shake. this place is our on-the-go vegetarian food place!

Love Good Times, but I am exceedingly getting tired of the political stickers they allow folks to put on their walls in the drive thru.
There was a Trump sticker in the shape of a graphic phallic symbol.
I don't care what your politics are, but my grandchildren don't need to be exposed to such filth!
This makes me want to stop going. Clean it up, Good Times!

I’ve eaten at many good times in my life and never have I received Bambino burgers wrapped in tinfoil altogether drenched in wild sauce. They were soggy mess and absolutely disgusting. I will say the customer service was nice. There was no question when I asked for a refund so that is a plus, but other than that, I will not be going back to this location.

Asked us for our sauce order and we didn’t get anything. Didn’t realize until we got home. Only went for their wild sauce for the fries :(

Food at this location is amazing. Burgers are always cooked perfectly, and everything seems very fresh. The service, however, is not amazing. If employees act inconvenienced to help customers, that makes me think that they're unhappy, and that management could do something to help them.

I have been using the drive through at this restaurant for about 4 years now, the quality has declined sharply in the past 8 months or so. The food is more often than not a mixture of stale, undercooked, or soggy. I curtainly consider myself lucky if I had even received what I had purchased, because they can not seem to get it right. I kick myself every time for not checking what I had received when it is given to me, however I should not have to, no one should have to.

I've been to this location multiple times and surprisingly this was the worst visit ever. It's not professional when you forget what I order and ask me at the window what it was, forget my total and ask me at the window what it was, and have long wait time (30 minutes). Like come on...
