After looking at reviews went to unload early. Appointment at 3 PM and after waiting all day pretty much took them only 45 minutes to unload. Why do people act so petty in this manner? The only point they proved was won’t be returning to this facility!

Semi trucks check in and out at the North side of the building at the security gate. Pleasant and efficient. Okay to park your truck overnight on the side street outside of the gate.
Friendly people & fairly efficient.
Add long as your not late for your appointment & arrive between shift changes

First time try with GC - Had meals delivered before, with a different company years ago.

Box was nicely packaged with thick paddings and three large ice bags, the size of the box. I order online all the time and at least once a month from the grocer that delivers with ice bags, only in smaller sizes. Never seen this big and this many but two meats and shrimps are thawed.

I also don’t like the delivery widow being so long, which is the full day, till 18:00, making it difficult to plan. The tracking link only showed ‘out for deliver’, while other companies show how many more stops/minutes till me.

Signed up becuase my mom sent me a referral for a “free food box”
 I signed up and paid 10.99, come to find out a few days later I received an additional 43 dollar charge. I wasn’t happy about the extra charge but figured it wouldn’t happen again.

Then today they charged me 73 dollars for a random box that I didn’t even order. I called the customer support but they said they couldn’t give me the money back because it was beyond the cut off date?

I didn’t realize that they had signed up to pay for a whole box every week. Pretty ridiculous

Registration at the entrance with security. They gave the door right away. Fast unloading. 30 minutes and the documents are in hand. Put the documents in the trailer, after unloading you pick them up there.

Ordered a Thanksgiving meal with my weekly meals. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It did not arrive with my weekly meals. I had to grocery shop late at night the night before Thanksgiving in order to feed my family for the holiday. Green Chef deleted my account before I had a chance to cancel my subscription. Very disappointing experience and customer service.

Was a good place to work. They got rid of me because it was slow with orders. Would have been nice if they gave some kind of warning, so I didn't have to walk 4 miles to work then told my assignment was finished

Been getting food here for about a year. There are some great menus and fun recipes. The meat is always really good. They claim to be 100% organic. You get a little note in your box saying they are out of whatever produce (organic) and you get substitue. What you don't get is a credit on your account. We order 3-4 meals weekly and the past couple of months I have received rotten produce. It's the biggest pain to try to talk to anyone. I am canceling this program now because it's really not cheap and you can't get credit for spoiled food. I use the food within 3-4 days. I got a zucchini last week that was totally rotten all the way through. Who packed this? Where is the quality control? I can't afford to throw food away because someone is too lazy to actually look at the food they are packing into these boxes. The quality over the past 6 months has become more and more inconsistant. I have also been missing an ingredient in at least one recipe per week. That is really fun too. Do I get credit for any of this? NO...They need to get a handle on their shipping and quality control. I am done.

One of my favorite places to deliver. Gate guards have always been friendly. Show up between 6am and 2pm on your delivery day and they'll get you in a door quick. Unloading depends on how busy they are, but I've never been here more than 2.5 hours. Lots of room to maneuver.

Just pay attention to when your green light comes on. No one tells you when you're done unloading. Paperwork will be in the trailer.
