Honestly the first time me and my husband have ever seen a mexican buffet! Ran into it randomly and decided to try it out. I tried a little a bit of everything and all I can say is it was soooooo good. All the food had so much flavor nothing needed to be added to it. We would definitely come back anytime! Definitely recommend this place.

First time eating here. Food was amazing! We all had different plates and it was all delicious. The staff was friendly, fast, and attentive to our needs. I just wanted to carve my name inti the stone. It was that good. Initially i thought the prices were a little steep but when our plates arrived i felt it was worth every penny and the prices were perfectly balanced. Great Job Guadalajara! You have a customer for life oh and the specialty adult beverages were out of this world. Awesome flavors!

Very very rich Sabrozo seasoning

We visited Denver and we were looking for a good restaurant, searching on Google we found this place and it seemed very attractive and promising. I told my family that we should be prepared in case it did not meet our expectations and the truth is, we had a very satisfactory experience, In particular, I tried the pozole, the Menudo, and the fish broth, they were delicious and with good seasoning. I tried a stuffed chile, which passed the test, but I couldn't finish it because it was too big and had enough cheese. I was able to make myself a taco. carnitas To my liking, the molcajete sauce was also tasty, the lamb barbacoa was also to my liking, I tried the churros for dessert, the chicken and beef broth were also good. The cheek barbecue was a little tough for my taste, it must be soft and almost disagreeable. I couldn't try the rest because my stomach no longer had room. But the stews looked tasty. I recommend it if you like to try everything. The waitresses are very friendly. If we return to Denver we will eat here again.

That Guadalajara Mexican buffet is delicious, with good service, every time I come to Denver I have to go there because it's all very delicious, it's worth it

Too expensive.

In my opinion the food is not that bad that's why I give it 3 stars, the only detail is that they charge a lot, I don't understand why they ask the age of the children if they also charge them as adults. That's something that doesn't seem right to me because my baby is only 2 years old.

Steaming hot delicious food. I prepaid at the register and was free to choose from a variety of fresh food. Service was lightning fast, they didn't even let my drink get empty.

I’ve heard about this place so my girlfriend and I decided to try it with her family. We were seated promptly since it was quite a few of us. There is a good amount of food to choose from but it’s buffet food so don’t expect to have your mind blown; it was okay. Only thing I didn’t like was while we were eating there was a child, maybe 4 or 5 that had accidentally dropped his bottle of soda. Three waitresses came running like it was a track meet. They started interrogating the child as if he just murdered someone. They put him in a high chair and shined a light on him asking him where he was and why he broke the bottle. The dad is freaking out and the mom started crying all over a $4 bottle of soda. Cops came and took the little kid. Needless to say, not a great family restaurant. The jamaica was absolutely amazing.
