Ordered 5 pizzas…eh. Later, ordered some cheese sticks, which were burnt breading and no cheese. Has to go back and get a new order. No offers for extras, discounts, etc. avoid unless ur ok coming back to correct a bad order.
This place is dirty. Has zero sense of customer service. Three servers , completely ignoring customers, don't acknowledge you, wait for 5 TO 10 minutes for service every time. I am done. Will go elsewhere to spend my money. Management needs to learn to assign areas so there is coverage and service FOR ALL. It needs a deep cleaning, renovation and complete overhaul.
If you're into old country pizza bars, this is your place. They were very busy on a random Tuesday afternoon, and the pizza was mid, but I could tell people had fun just being there and drinking and being social so I definitely think it's worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing.
