Our most popular breakfast dish that includes a choice of kinche, scrambled eggs, chechebsa, or kuanta firfir and served with injera or wheat bread.
Tibs Firfir
This mouthwatering dish contains a bite of injera soaked in spiced berbere sauce with sauté onions, tomato and serrano pepper.
Kuanta (Firfir)
This mouthwatering dish contains a bite of injera soaked in spiced berbere sauce with a dried spiced meat.
Foul
Mashed fava beans sautéed with our Ethiopian spices and garnished with fresh diced onion, tomatoes, pepper, feta cheese scrambled eggs and served with toasted wheat bread.
Chechebsa
Small pieces of flatbread braised with berbere Ethiopian spice blend composed of chili's, garlic, fenugreek and a handful of warm spices such as cardamom and black pepper and with a choice Ethiopian butter or olive oil. Serve with honey
Fata
A small pieces of wheat bread braised with tomato sauce and pepper served with yogurt add feta . Extra Egg 1$
Shiro
Chickpea flour, berbere powder, garlic powder, ground cardamom, and cumin powder simmered with garlic and oil.
Gaslight
Ground beef cooked with berbere sautéed, onion paper, garlic served with injera or wheat bread.
Kitfo Dulet
Ground beef, onion, garlic, paper, chili powder mixed with our special butter (spicy).
Kinche
Cracked wheat cooked until tender with Ethiopian butter and spices.
Scrambled Egg
Egg, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, pepper, and served with toasted wheat bread.
Egg sandwich
Egg, diced onions, tomatoes, pepper. You can add feta cheese.
Shiro (Bozena)
Ethiopian style roasted chickpeas simmered in a spicy berbere sauce and cooked with beef and kobe spiced butter.

coming from an Ethiopian- their Ethiopian breakfast was realllllly good. everything was fresh and the food was memorable. it was actually so memorable that I'm writing this review a month after having their breakfast because I couldn't stop thinking about it today. this was definitely the highlight of my Denver trip

From the moment I walked in it was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food tastes incredible, and everything is very fresh! Overall, just an amazing spot and is incredibly affordable. I got a breakfast sandwich (Which came with two sandwiches lol), a piece of Cappuccino cake, and a chai tea all for $17! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Go check it out yourself!

Stylish, hip café, offering a variety of beverages and great food selection. Ethiopian coffee is always delicious on it's own, but try the many ways it is presented here! Fresh, delicious pastries available to complete your experience.
