Went to get pizza for my kids & I got a salad. We ordered in store so had to wait which was totally fine & I knew that would be the case. We get our order & went home only to find out they didn't put any dressing or croutons which I did ordered to go with the salad. I called to say they didn't include those & the only solution was me going back up & they would talk to the employee. I said so the solution is I need to make this right instead of you all fixing the error? I did go back & just asked for my money back & gave them back the salad. They didn't even refund me the proper amount. We used to go here all the time & I brought business to this location through the schools I work with & I will NEVER go back!! Ever since the ownership change this location has gone downhill!!

Absolutely worst location i have been too havnt been here for awhile and was ready for some howies pizza it was so sloppy made I couldn't even eat it toppings just sliding off greasy over sauced etc I called for a manager and they said they didnt have one at moment try later Absolutely ridiculous will not be back.

I ordered pizza and salad and while I was eating my salad I pulled out a long white hair , we all have brown hair . I called about it , and whoever I spoke too said the only person who has white hair is the driver ! Not too mention the guy who brought my food had white hair , I’m grossed out .

I ordered quite frequently from this location and the staff are absolutely amazing. The pizza is wonderful and the best I have ever had. I love them over any other pizza franchise. However, sometimes when they use doordash to deliver the pizza, it is people that cannot speak English. So it's kind of hard to communicate with them where I live. Other than that this place is outstanding!
Came here for the first time in a long time, ordered the works like I have in the past. When I got home I instantly realized that my pizza was not cut at all, after cutting it myself it basically just fell apart and nothing would stay on the slice once you picked it up. Not to mention the pizza wasn’t even hot? It was barely even warm.

Ordered on app at 6:12. Reciept shows 6:30 for order up. 50-55 minutes estimated delivery time. Actual delivery time of 8:13 PM. Pizza was obviously cold. This was an actual store employee that made the delivery. Door Dash is usually the culprit for cold pizza deliveries. I called to make sure the delivery driver didn’t suffer from epilepsy and perhaps had a seizure while driving with all the Christmas lights. I was assured the driver was on their way and close. I’ve called the store multiple times complaining about the cold pizza deliveries. I mean I just don’t get it. If your business is delivering pizza you should have drivers to deliver pizza or just don’t offer that as an option. No excuses about hiring people or nobody wants to work as a business/franchise owner this is your responsibility to figure out!

I’ve been ordering from this Hungry Howies for 5 years, live in the neighborhood and I’ve never EVER been told I can’t pay with cash. I have almost always paid with a $50 or $100 bills, usually our order comes to $30-$40 and that I need a card because I only had 50’s and 100’s. Older white gentleman with a goatee. The only time I’ve ever left a $1 tip on our usual order that we always leave 30% on. Unbelievable. Makes the comment to me “ I’ll leave the $1 in the vault.”
You only got that $1 because of your absolute absurd attitude.
I’ve worked a variety of positions from the bottom ladder to leading entire crews of 100+ people. Keep more cash in your registers or retrain your employees on how to talk to customers. Ridiculous.
