When I got home I instantly realized that my pizza was not cut at all, after cutting it myself it basically just fell apart and nothing would stay on the slice once you picked it up. Not to mention the pizza wasn’t even hot? It was barely even warm.

Ordered on app at 6:12. Reciept shows 6:30 for order up. 50-55 minutes estimated delivery time. Actual delivery time of 8:13 PM. Pizza was obviously cold. This was an actual store employee that made the delivery. Door Dash is usually the culprit for cold pizza deliveries. I called to make sure the delivery driver didn’t suffer from epilepsy and perhaps had a seizure while driving with all the Christmas lights. I was assured the driver was on their way and close. I’ve called the store multiple times complaining about the cold pizza deliveries. I mean I just don’t get it. If your business is delivering pizza you should have drivers to deliver pizza or just don’t offer that as an option. No excuses about hiring people or nobody wants to work as a business/franchise owner this is your responsibility to figure out!

I’ve been ordering from this Hungry Howies for 5 years, live in the neighborhood and I’ve never EVER been told I can’t pay with cash. I have almost always paid with a $50 or $100 bills, usually our order comes to $30-$40 and that I need a card because I only had 50’s and 100’s. Older white gentleman with a goatee. The only time I’ve ever left a $1 tip on our usual order that we always leave 30% on. Unbelievable. Makes the comment to me “ I’ll leave the $1 in the vault.”
You only got that $1 because of your absolute absurd attitude.
I’ve worked a variety of positions from the bottom ladder to leading entire crews of 100+ people. Keep more cash in your registers or retrain your employees on how to talk to customers. Ridiculous.

They mail you a coupon but if you want to use it you have to drive there and order in person. They don't trust you have the coupon.... If I didn't have the coupon how would I know the terms of the deal? Rediculous policy. Plenty of other pizza places around to order from!

Everything is awful about this place everything the guy behind the counter was rude he looked like he wasn’t sanitary in the slightest the food is way over priced and isn’t any better then a 2 dollar frozen pizza
Usually dont write reviews, but had to for this one. Pizza is plain as hell, no taste to it. But i can take that…its ok. BUT wings! I threw them away! All of it! Raw meat!!!!!!! It seems like they were boiled! Just disgusting! God what do you do to those wings????? How can you mess up making wings????? …..

I ordered a pizza ahead of time online for carry out at 1:30pm. Pizza wasn’t ready until 1:55pm. Unacceptable, it also made me late for work. the pizzas were for my co-workers. Whats the point of ordering ahead just to wait for the pizza to be made when I get there? So infuriating.

We ordered a pizza tonight at shortly after 5:00 p.m. tonight. The pizza showed up at 6:50 p.m. It was cold. It was also disheveled like either the pizza pizza was dropped or maybe the driver slammed on his brakes and everything slid to one side of the box . When we called to order the pizza they gave us a delivery time of 45 to 50 minutes but it was actually double that. Chris, the manager did offer to give us a credit when we called over an hour later nd asked where the pizza was, which was fine. However, once the pizza showed up 30 minutes after that in the shape that it was in, we asked for a full credit back to our credit card, which he agreed to. I do always believe it is best to under promise over deliver and not the way around. Unfortunately, I don't know that I can order from this place again. I wish I could upload a photo of what our pizza look like when it arrived because it was definitely unacceptable.
