Donna at the reception desk went above and beyond to help us out late on a stormy winter night. Exceptional service. Thank you!

Room was average and outdated. Air didn’t work at all and windows don’t open. Breakfast was awful when they had it. Staff were not friendly at all. Elevator is extremely loud in your rooms.

Rooms are beautiful. Close to airport which is why we chose it. But the staff: Evan, the nightime clerk was fabulous! Long story short, right when my wife and I checked in, I got sick. Passed out, threw up and began sweating profusely. Evan was on his "A" game calling 911 and getting a trash can for me. Over and above there Evan! Never forget you. So... basically the hotel is really nice, but Evan is Amazing ?

We booked a room directly through Hilton and they told us we didn’t have a room because we overbooked. Just terrible!!!!

Good hotel. Clean rooms and lobby. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than average with hot food options. Ice water and lemonade seems to be available all day.I stayed here unexpectedly courtesy of United Airlines so I can't speak about pricing. They do charge for parking despite there being plentiful parking in the area. There is a shopping mall across the street that should help those on a budget. They also charge $8 for an in-room bottle of water and $50 for early check-in.Walkability: There is an Outback Steakhouse and several other restaurants just across the street. There is also a 7-eleven nearby.

Not recommended: so-called breakfast is the bare minimum, "fresh" fruit is actually deep-frozen such that the spoon sticks, dishes not done, and the receptionist keeps his (her?) half-finished food box on the lobby chairs(!!). Borderline to disgusting. Lobby smells strongly of chlorine or disinfectant (from pool?), room had blood stains on the carpet and has generally seen better days...Free water in the lobby, but a bottle of water in the room is $8. Parking is "available" but NOT free (12$ a day). There are many better (cleaner) hotels nearby.

The name Hyatt means nothing these days. The place is a dunp. Even the lobby furniture is wobbly and old. I was there for 2 nights and my room was not serviced a single day. One of the days a cleansing lady showed up at 5:45 pm asking if I wanted my room cleaned. I had been gone all day since 8 am. She. I asked why my room was not cleaned earlier she said she had just started bet shift. The place is old, the rugs are dirty. The elevators smell like DDT. NEVER AGAIN!

Catalytic converter was stolen from my truck. Very poor security for what you pay for.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I stayed there for their park and ride on 5/25/2023. I requested a shuttle ride at 4 am the next day and parked outside of the front door. In the morning, the desk attendant informed me and my family we had no shuttle reservation and tried to charge us for the full parking fee, despite having a park and fly reservation. After haggling, they agreed we did in fact have shuttle reservation (front desk buffoon wrote the wrong time down) and with quite a bit of guff from the driver got on the shuttle. We returned 6/2/2023 to find the inside of my truck ransacked and the driver side door lock broken. I called the front desk after realizing the lock was broken and was summarily told that the hotel was not responsible and wouldn't be compensated. No I'm sorry, no this is a horrible thing to happen; how can we help? This hotel is an absolute clown show with the worst customer service possible, in addition to apparently knowing their lot is crime ridden hell hole.Edit: Hyatts executive complaint department has stopped responding to my emails for an update. Clearly, this hotel is only interested in the suffering of their customers for trusting them. I spent over $500 repairing my truck.

This location is apparently known as "40" by the shuttle drivers. So knowing which location you're staying at is helpful, I tried to figure it out quickly, but the driver left us, so we waited another hour.No biggie. Just know for certain which shuttle you need.

Ernie (front desk) clerk did nothing but make sure my stay is beyond relaxing. I said to him, thank you so much. Since I checked in I ask for minor favors to make the stay comfortable. He did help me out on everything I ask for. I will definitely stay again. Hospitality thank you.

Our room was not very clean, there were horrible stains on the couch, the bedding smelled weird, the sink near the fridge was clogged and the shower had to be turned all the way to hot just for it to be Luke warm. The breakfast was absolutely horrible and the lady in the room was rude.

This was a good hotel, but their shuttle to the air port is NOT 24/7 which is deceiving by their website and it’s noisey! Doors slamming all hours of the night, could hear cars all night long and even woke to hearing someone shower.
